the titular Osed who has blanketed this world in its ruination from the dawn of it's humanity, that he once was worshiped through.
he saw no value in this place, and has used his powers to make the world's resources slowly wither away.
it is a glacial decay in comparison to the lifespan of a mortal, but to Osed, this is just the right speed. He is enjoying checking back on the world from time to time, to see how his 'project' has come along.
as far as Elxin go, Osed is incredibly strong, and more on the side of what Elxin are meant to be (and as such he is appreciated within his community). it helps that he is two spirits morphed into one, though they would never part now, as it has been a very long time since they've separated, and have no difference in thought and identity at this point.
