ABOUT
My son with every mental illness. Red is extremely anxious, clumsy, and is somehow both overly aware yet lacking spatial awareness. Red isn't very talkative due to not knowing how to articulate emself well and having a stutter ey is self conscious about. He keeps most of his opinions and feelings to himself as he believes they bother others. He gets scared very easy and can be jumpy or squirrely in social situations or spaces. He has trouble sleeping due to nightmares and hallucinations. Red will often follow around those ey likes and will always adjust his behavior depending who he's around so they'll like em more. Ey is very reluctant to let go of any sense of safety, even if it isn't helpful to his situation. He would much rather hide than face anything intense or dangerous. His name isn't actually Red, but he doesn't remember what it was and won't respond if called by it.

BACKGROUND
Background
Red was adopted out of foster care by Elijah. He remembers very little from before he was put in there and has been in foster care since he was 10. All ey knows is his parents died from unknown causes and he had no direct family willing to take em. Red is very aware the reason ey was in foster care for so long was because ey is a Possession. He is extremely self conscious of it and refers to being a Possession as a "condition" instead.
Red is in.. an interesting situation. He currently lives with Elijah's family. Red is being trained by Rat to become a scout. Despite how overwhelmed and scared he is of the job and Demons, ey feels it's something ey needs to do and that it'll either help him remember what happened to him, or let him move on and stop caring about it. Ey also just likes going to work with Elijah and hanging out with Rat.
MISC
Red was Possessed by a Demon that goes by Bellum. While he suffered through the entire process of a Possession Deal, Bellum was impatient and had only possessed Red for a little over a week. This means that Red's body has been altered very little by the Demon. The only altercations his body seems to have are red eyes, small fangs, and an extremely fast metabolism. His powers take the form of red, arrow shaped beams and he can summon multiple at a time. Ey is frightened by this ability and doesn't like using it. Red doesn't remember why ey let Bellum possess em, but frequently has the same nightmare of when the Possession Deal started and ended.
RELATIONSHIPS
his weird dad!! Elijah is a weird father/mentor figure to Red. Red is very clingy with him and goes to him whenever ey is upset or scared. He is confused on why Elijah won't talk about family things with em despite calling em his kid.
They're supposed to be teaching Red about scouting, but the two are kinda just friends now. A bit too talkative and loud for Red, though he appreciates their enthusiasm and goofiness. Ey is impressed by their extensive animal knowledge and ability to backflip. Red tries to mimic Rat's personality whenever he's around them.
Kinda like a weird uncle? Red is scared of him. Ey wants to get along with Wolfgang since Rat and Elijah do, but he's big and intimidating and Red is freaked out by him and ey can never tell how he feels.
Conflicted?? Red both likes and hates her kindness, as it can be overbearing. She has offered to help him find his memories if he helps her, but he is afraid of what might become of those things. Ey thinks she is a bit too overprotective.
