Percy wasn't born in the Pride. He was born somewhere out in the Unknown, though his parents didn't take long to decide that the Unknown was no place to raise children. Unfortunately, Percy's brother and sister didn't survive the journey. He was the only one of the litter to survive, but he's glad that he did. He enjoys being able to live life, and hopes that he can some day live enough that his deceased siblings can experience some form of life through him, in some way. His decision from a young age to be kind and welcoming has followed him through adulthood.
His parents are unfortunately no longer alive, having lost their lives during the Rebellion, however they were always proud of him before they ceased living. Percy does a lot to honor their memory, such as decorating his den with the little trinkets they had owned in their own dens, and telling his friends about them and the fun things they always did together. His parents were always grateful of the fact that they at least got to have one child survive the Unknown, and they didn't make it a secret.
As a youngster, Percy started off life fairly introverted. It took him awhile to start coming out of his shell, especially upon their initial arrival to the Pride. Eventually though, he started to interact and play with the other cubs, and finally started showing signs of his element. The shadows and darkness were his to manipulate, and his parents worried that it might change who he was becoming as an individual. Thankfully however, much in part to their gentle rearing and instilling of morals, he managed to remain a kind hearted, friendly individual who accepted others easily.
He took up work in the Pride as a Patroller, and strived to be the best Patroller he could be. Up until the loss of his parents, he kept as very neutral stance towards the Rebellion and the Scourge, but once his parents died he started to think that maybe the neutral stance was wrong. Maybe if he hadn't been so placated in his attitude towards their evils, he might have been able to change the courser of their fates. He realizes that the line of thought is wrong, but it didn't stop his grief from thinking it.
After he worked through the bulk of his grief, the Rebellion and Scourge had been quelled. It was then that the Freyr made their presence known, and the thought of their way of life interested him. Maybe if he could relocate, and be somewhere new, that it might open up new possibilities for him. His relationship with Akira had ended, his best friend moved to the Oasis after his mate perished... Surely a new start couldn't hurt? A new place, a new job, possibilities of new friends. Percy definitely liked the idea. So as soon as he got the chance to go there, he readily took it.
Now he's settling into life with the Freyr along with some other Pride members. He took up the position as a Sentry, and although there are some differences between that and his old Patrol position, he's ready and eager to take on the new challenges hat lay before him, both in work and in life. He's already working on making new friends, and Lochren only knows where he'll go from here. Maybe he might even manage to find lasting love? Losing Akira still causes him sorrow to this day, but what had happened between them was neither one's fault, the circumstances were simply not right at the time.
Percy is excited for the new life that sits before him, and he's ready to take it head on.

He left the Pride to move to the Freyr in hopes of a fresh start, in a world not as afflicted by the Rebellion and Scourge. He just wants to do a good job and be a good lion.
Relations
Ex-Partner
Despite being broken up, the two are still friends, and still wish each other well. Life and circumstances simply drifted them apart. Percy cherishes her despite his odd remnants of feelings and grief over their end, even if it was mutual. She will always be welcome in his home should she visit.
Old Friend
The two used to be buddies when they both lived in the pride, and were rather close. when Corvus moved to the Oasis after the death of his mate, Percy wished him the best, and visited him as often as he could. Even with his own move to the Freyr, Percy still makes an effort to remain good friends with his old Pride friend.
Friend/Mother Figure/Fellow Sentry
Their relationship started as co-workers, but Percy quickly found a friend, and a sort of mother figure in Genesis. He appreciates her company and her sage life advice, and respects her greatly. She's a warm soul, and her entire family is something Percy enjoys. He's glad to have met her, and even more thankful that she was so welcoming to him upon their move to the Freyr.
Friend/Father Figure
In meeting Genesis and working alongside her, Percy also met her prickly mate, Mephistopheles. While Mephi certainly isn't the easiest to be around, nor the easiest to please, Percy still appreciates him greatly. He gives Mephi a warm welcome and will sit and listen to his gripes, even if he does tease Mephi about being his "father".
Good Friend/Crush
Manha is the granddaughter of Gen and Mephi, and one fo the children of their deceased son Minnow. She made the move to the Freyr as well, even with chasing after her nieces and nephew. She's incredibly kind and travelled, as well as wise beyhond her years. Percy considers her a good friend, as well as experiencing the conundrum of the butterflies in his tummy whenever she's around.
Shy Friend
Monte is Manha's twin brother. It took awhile for Monte to come around be friendly, but Manha assures him that its only because he's a shy lion. Percy always welcomes him with open paws though, and simply appreciates him for who he is, and for being Manha's sibling.
Acquaintance
Percy knows Killig through her family, being one of Gen and Mephi's kids. He thinks she's kind, and his general attitude towards her is warm, though they haven't gotten very close.
Friend
One of Killig's three little bards; Percy enjoys their company and will happily join into their little performances as they request. Their joy and spark for life and the beauty of it makes Percy happy. He wishes them nothing but wellness and success in their adventures and life.

Another one of the vast Gen and Mephi family, Dust is a short and sassy female. Percy finds her entertaining, and enjoys her bratty banter.

Percy enjoys her company, and thinks she's quite swell to be around. She is another of his adopted family's line, and so his home is always open to her if she wishes to visit.

Percy knows Kee from his time in the pride. While the two aren't overly friendly, they're still accepting of each other, and that's all Percy could ask of Kee.
Enemy
Percy briefly knew Wensu for a time, before he quickly realized that their paths and morals did not align in a nice way. Whereas Percy's neutral thoughts on the rebellion and Scourge turned negative, Wensu was found to have joined them. Knowing what the Scourge are capable of, Percy finds it hard to find it in his heart to feel any sort of acceptance for Wensu.
