A young child of the light that chose to dedicate his time to rediscovering and archiving the records of olden times.
To most other children of the light, Sira is seen to be rather eccentric, at best. Beginning from his appearance to his odd manner of speech, the misfortune surrounding him, and his seemingly disconnected emotional state, Sira has never been able to begin any relationship with his community, let alone form any worthwhile relationships. To add insult to injury, the only person he regularly converses with is his nemesis, Hachi.
As such, Sira has only progressed as far as the Vaults and never journeyed to Eden like the other children of the light. (He lacks wings as a result, but he makes up for it by being insanely efficient and nimble) He felt a deep connection with the vault from the moment he stepped into it, falling in love with the atmosphere, and the thousands, if not millions of recordings archived within it.
He lamented the disrepair the Vault has fallen into, and he mourned the broken recordings that he wasn't able to repair and discover the secrets within. So he tidies up the vault, sweeping up the debris that fall from the deteriorating structures every so often, he watches the records, he learns and he repairs the records, he learns and he adds to the archive his observations. Day after day, before he knew it, he spent more than half of his life dedicated to the Vault.
These days, he is commonly known as the lurker in the vault, and that if you are unlucky enough to see him, you best offer something to protect your luck and walk backwards away from him. The sooner you leave the vicinity, the safer you would be.

Trivia
Despite having a very limited number of winged lights, Sira is unnaturally swift and navigates through most maps with little issue.
He is very empathetic to people's feelings, but not in tune with his own feelings at the same time; often finding himself tearing up or smiling only hours after something happened.
His clothes and accessories are all handmade and reimagined according to historical records.
He enjoys reading on top the floating gate in the side room in the Vault of Knowledge, but dislikes the interruption caused by the Purple Light. Every now and then, he sends for someone to catch it before he visits, so he could read in peace.
The way he speaks is very unconventional and random; he often has bouts where he would use very profound vernacular during a regular conversation or default to a clinical tone at the oddest moments.
He is extraordinarily unlucky to be around- he frequently finds himself in awkward accidents or misfortune, but it infects everyone in his vicinity as well. He is either completely ignorant or simply in denial of this.
He emits a purplish black light, unlike typical children of the light.

Strangers
An urban legend- maybe he has been in the Vault for far too long and his journeys away from the vault is often done all the while making himself as unnoticeable as humanly possible. But he came to be known as the Unlucky Lurker; "Offer something and walk backwards, leave the moment he turns his eyes away from you" It would be lying to say that Sira isn't both hurt and offended.
Nemesis
Despite holding absolutely nothing other than disdain for each other, Hachi and Sira somehow end up meeting each other on a daily basis, where there can only be a single outcome; either Hachi or Sira getting into some exceptionally unlucky accidents and both leaving in bad mood after a spat.
Distant Acquaintances
There are those that treat him with less wariness, and has simply gotten used to his eccentricities- those realised that, at most, he would only quietly request you to catch the purple light or stay behind to help him with some of the doors.
Though, he is still unlucky to be around.
