Dalfon

Dalfon is a rain witch. He predicts forecast, or more accurately, he creates the rain unintentionally. Often times his powers are based off his mood and emotions because he is still learning how to control his powers. When he is sad or feeling down, drizzles or rain would be pouring down gently from the sky in a 10 meter radius. When he feels angry, furious, and in rage, a thunderstorm begins to brew up and it reaches to areas bigger than the city. If left uncontrolled, he could unleash natural disasters like a typhoon/hurricane or a flooding.

Dalfon is an avid DnD player and sometimes dresses up as his own wizard character. He makes "potions", aka drinks to offer around with his friends, and a giant notebook binded together to make it look like an old book. Inside are his DnD campaigns stories that he has played with his friends and when shined under blacklight, you'll be able to see his writings on his magical abilities. He writes notes on how to slowly control his powers and some other magic spells that he can conjure up.

Dalfon is best friends with Beckett. They're both the only weird and unusual animals in their school. When Beckett showed him her quirk, Dalfon was a bit surprised. He realised that he isn't alone and felt that he could be comfortable with her. Dalfon then showed her his magical abilities by conjuring up a small rain cloud that ended up being a big rain cloud and they both got drenched. Ever since then, Dalfon and Beckett has been the best of friends.
