[Shadow Flit] Kiyo's Ownership

Upon obtaining a design by me, grimekid, through purchase or otherwise:

• You receive personal use character rights for the design. 
  • You may edit the character (with a new, original image), develop a backstory, commission art, post to personal social media accounts, etc.
  • Commercial use is not allowed. Including but not limited to: adapting the design into a species, use as a video game asset, mass production of a plush, etc.
• You may gift, trade, and/or resell the design.
  • Resale value should not exceed initial purchase price without additions such as commissioned work, etc.
• You may not directly edit my artwork beyond simple transformations such as cropping, flipping, etc.
• You must keep credit to me for the original design intact, including through edits. My signature or a link to my profile should be reasonably accessible.
• You may not link, integrate, or otherwise associate my artwork/design with Generative AI, blockchain technology, etc.

I, grimekid, retain authorship and copyright of the design, including the right to:

• Republish my work for uses such as commission examples, portfolio display, etc. 
  • Designs will not be "double-sold" nor "revoked" once personal use character rights have been granted.
• Object to harmful, hateful, or otherwise morally offensive uses of my work.
