History and Upbringing

Infancy: WIP. Raised by single mother Sylvia Monroe. David Whitlock, his father, did not feel prepared to raise a child, and while he was not present in Raven’s early life he was very proactive in providing financial support.

Childhood: WIP. Sylvia worked two jobs in order to keep her and Raven well-fed and comfortable. David, now in a more financially advantageous position, began to send money in addition to his monthly child support checks.
