$15 Cosmos

Cosmos owns a library they inherited from a friend who has long passed. The library is quite large and they manage to surprisingly take good care of it despite only having 2 part time staff members helping them. The library features three floors with several bookshelves that stretch from the first floor to the second. The second floor ceiling is very high. The third floor is like an attic or extra storage room.

The attic features a large window the overlooks the front of the library, it provides a very pretty view. The attic is extremely messy, with towering piles of dusty boxes of rarely used books, furniture, old documents, and other easily forgotten items. The attic's ceiling light doesn't work so they have a few lamps and other small lights set up until they get the time to fix it. Cosmos likes to occaisionally spend time reading in the attic in the evenings, as he finds it relaxing. He has fallen asleep while reading on several occaisions.

In the public area of the library Cosmos tries to keep some complemtary snacks available, like cookies and biscuits, --nothing that could end up staining paper. They also have a coffee and tea pot but it's specically for staff and occaisionally offered to special guests.

Though the public area is quite neat and tidy --thanks to the staff,-- the backrooms are a completely different story. The backrooms are the various staff only rooms and in most of them Cosmos had made quite a mess. They have things their out in "disorganized-organized" piles on desks, tables, shelves, and the floor. Despite how chaotic it looks, they always knows where everything is placed and knows if something has been moved. Because of the disarray, their staff tend to struggle to find specific items so Cosmos tends to do most of the work in the backrooms. Their staff have before tried to organize everything only for Cosmos to mess it up all over again in under a week. They get irritated when their areas are cleaned as they ends up struggling to find anything which results in them going through everything to know where every single item is and recreating that mess in the process.

Cosmos is quite protective of their property, and they can become quite daunting when it comes to other's with reckless treatment of their books or consistent failures to return them.
