Father to Tucuruì, outcast zora due to his electrical abilities and high tolerance so electricity which is unheard of.

Mated to a beautiful female zora, but sadly by being so close to her, he slowly killed her. She didn't care, but eventually when his son was born, went up the main river with him (Tucuruì) and started a new life. It quickly ended however, when she passed leaving her son.

Ocellus holds no hostility to his own family, nor truly anyone, but has a very stern, strict demeanor and a willingness to die defending the river head to ensure safety to his son.
