Personality: 

Halley is a rather modest, generally calm Pokemon with a love of maths and physics. Despite being rather quiet around others, in small groups she can be rather talkative. She hates romance (books, movies, or even the concept; she finds it cheesy), and has a fondness for movies and most animals. Especially, cute fish. 

However, Halley is rather easily distracted; almost anything can distract her, even if it's just a speck floating around in the air, or a weird thing on the ground. She also tends to hyperfixate on things, such as completing tasks, finding lost things and looking at her phone (which she doesn't have, because when she was suddenly taken by the Lake Trio she had her phone on her DESK). She gets stressed by things easily, but is generally able to conceal her stress behind a guise of knowledge- unless someone asks, and then all of her thoughts simply pour out of her mouth.

Backstory:

Halley had a rather uneventful life until she was by the Lake Trio. She grew up in family of four, her being the oldest child. She enjoyed spending time with the family dogs, playing games, doing schoolwork and generally being high up in most of her classes. One time she didn't get into one school choir, but honestly it wasn't really worth it in the end because stuff going on behind the scenes was actually pretty disgusting, so it wasn't a big deal. She dyed her hair green as a teenager, because green was her favorite color.

Halley went off to college, and generally did very well in most of her classes; being the analytical type, she excelled at most to all things. Then, one night, while she was getting ready for bed, she was taken to the land of the GotRM world and was turned into a Flareon, with green-tipped fur. She was dropped somewhere in the Grasslands.

It took Halley a little while to accommodate, but found walking on four legs easier than walking on two. She accidentally stumbled across Mesprit's town while wandering, and decided to stay there for a while. Right now, she resides in the same apartment as another Pokemon named Angel, and sometimes goes out with rescue teams/exploration teams to keep up her half of the rent.
