His best friend lost his voice so he uses his voice to say what his friend is trying to say. Ate a rock this one time and now he can't evolve. He goes on dungeon adventures with his friend that can't speak anymore and rolls around in a small remote Araquanid water ball when the dungeons aren't underwater.
