(logos etc)
Name: Wallace Breen (top, original); Wallace Breen (left, C14); Wally Breen (gold); Whilce Breen (shaved); Willard Breen (suit)
Gender: Male, Straight
Age/DOB: Varies, born 1958/48@Events; C14, Wally, Willard activated in 2011, Whilce activated in 2012
Origin: Repurposed Earth, Los Angeles California; Black Mesa Research Facility, Seattle Enclave, various Cities
Family: 'A trail of angry ex-wives'; married 4 times, with at least three more affairs during and between, including one with Silver, his secretary at Black Mesa; no children known for most, but Whilce was used as a splice with Argent, producing Wrenell ; and Willard ... hooks up with Valeria, child of the Color Guard, their daughter is Euphemia
Other: With clones, has been placed in spots around the world, so numerous people know of him, though rarely would they ever consider them to be the same man; was almost assassinated by Wilson, because he skipped out on Lane's deal to become the leader of the UCA (causing Aristide to take that roll); has a very long history of angering his Science Team at Black Mesa; Had been residing in hiding with David Hoyle for years, before being sent on undercover missions
Height: 5'9
Weight: 160, not remarkably fit even as a younger-version clone, not athletic, but not overweight or flabby
Hair: Dark reddish brown in youth, prematurely white - some usually prefer his white hair, it does suit him; kept short, though varies by clone; keeps facial hair of some kind on all bodies
Eyes: Steely blue, small and squints a bit, supposedly wears contact lenses for vision, not for coloration; clones do not require corrective lenses
Appearance: Reasonably pasty skin, depending on clone or original version varies with aging or location, however a fairly attractive looking man at any age; prefers brown jackets, nice black turtlenecks, stylish clothing; looks like a professor most of the time; notably his voice is soothing and fatherly even if what he's saying with it is quite disturbing

Genetic Abilities: None originally; however, with at least one Icarus treated clone body (Whilce) a minor amount of aura sense and telepathy is achieved; note that with his diligent work and perhaps a little Vortal nudging by Hoyle, he actively could move between cloned bodies even to the point of being able to hold full conversations and even do many ... intimate physical activities. This is unheard of among those born with actual Vortal power, so it's worth investigating (so says Melissa). Of all of them, however, only Whilce has any active Vortal power, and that exists largely to keep track of the others. When the clone process was fully implemented - Breen's current brain scans uploaded into each of the already-active clones - they could now go their own ways, think their own thoughts, and left the original Breen a bit bored again. They can sense one another at any distance, world wide, but not necessarily communicate more than a very basic 'still alive' ping.
Icarus Processing: Only on final clone, Whilce; this reduced his weight and added a bit of muscle, but also tuned his empathy and self-connected telepathy on more strongly than with the others. **this varies from Repurposed in that the original used to do it.
Skills or Profession: Each of the clones has a different set of expected professions when they're sent out to the Cities, and afterwards into the Rookery. The original Wallace Breen is however, the template for all of his functional clones, so they all basically have a high level of scientific knowledge, exceptionally good social skills, and impeccable sense of style. Wallace was not much of an innovator, preferring to put into practice what others discovered. But he did so quite well while he was still getting his hands dirty in the Labs.
C14 Wallace: mostly abandoned the scientific side of things in favor of administrative and social engineering duties. Performs a weekly broadcast, to the City. He was originally the 'landscaper' at Hoyle's Enclave, he knows architecture and history, and how to compare it with what's left. He does genuinely believe that he can make a difference.
Wally: known as the 'bartender' at the Enclave, with quite a bit of talent with his downloaded set of cooking, bartending, and psychology. Sent to merely observe and keep track of things in the Cities, he does so with gusto and style. He relays plenty of information to his brothers, before anyone else.
Willard: if anyone could be considered the 'evil but sleek' one, Willard qualifies. With more politics and social engineering, but also extremely high values of weird science, he would have aided Aristide's work voluntarily had he been the only one out in the wild. No one, not even other Breens, trust him. But then, they have to - and he's put his mad science to work for the Resistance, so there's that. He's evil, but he's not a fool. He wants there to be an Earth to dominate, and he's more than happy to kick the Combine out of it to do that. He is quite a bit like Lane used to be, honestly.
Whilce: The newest of the group, and the only one treated with Icarus before release - he is unerringly loyal to the Resistance, perhaps this is because he can sense the Vortal energies around things, much more so than his own flesh and blood siblings. He's a tailor, butler, steward, logistics expert, and record-keeper, making sure that his clone siblings don't wander too far. Of all of them, he keeps his mouth shut and mind open. But when things fall to pieces and someone needs aid, he is right there to help. Perhaps he's waiting for harrah, people being indebted to him after all might be well worth the ingratiation and self-sacrifice so unlike his Prime.
Personality: Wallace always seems to get caught in his own webs. He doesn't lie, cheat, and steal - but he does charm his way into situations that he often has difficulty extracting himself from. Mostly: marriages. He's charming as hell, until you get to know him. Egocentric to an extreme, self-absorbed, and often lofty, Wallace can count on one hand the number of people that he trusts and who also trust him. Also just because they trust him (perhaps with their life, perhaps with other factors) doesn't mean they like him. He can be genial and genuinely enjoyable, in small doses. Particularly of note, he's difficult to actually work with, or under, as evidenced by his climb of the Black Mesa administrative ladder leaving his former workmates to pick up the pieces. Very upwardly mobile, but also with some amount of good sense left in his head to know when to get the hell out of Dodge. He does know how to coddle and ply people he needs to impress, and gets a good impression of how much to lay on based on their perceived intelligence and experience in the field of whatever he's trying to work with. He is a manipulator. But in addition to all those seemingly negative things, he's also a brilliant scientist, and engineer in his own right. He just ... stopped enjoying getting his hands dirty, and liked the higher amount of income along with less direct responsibility of becoming one of the board members at Black Mesa. Wallace has always liked having a pretty woman on his arm, occasionally even when the last one's ring hasn't even been removed...
Each of the clones has developed a bit on their own, since they sprang out into the world. C14, well, that was a bit his undoing. Wally is a prideful one, but struts his skills out first to make sure that everyone knows he deserves the attention he's getting. Willard is too quiet for his own good, and anyone that knows him longer than five minutes realizes that's because he's plotting behind people's backs. Whilce, well, he's genuinely a good guy, if a bit full of himself. He gets put off a little if anyone else has the spotlight in something that he considers himself 'better' at.
Events or History: Schooled at Cal Tech for most of his engineering and scientific background, and hired on to the Anomalous labs. Worked on numerous projects with Eli Vance, Rosenburg, and Magnusson before accepting a promotion to a leadership role among the group. Whether this promotion was nudged along by Lane or not, he relished it, and soon bolted up the ladder to an Administrative position. Originally tapped to head up the United Community Alliance, he realized that this would put entirely too much strain on his personal gain, and he would have rather enjoyed delegation rather than duty. He slipped away mere hours before the Resonance Cascade, along with his secretary Miss Silver, escaping to Hoyle's enclave where his Armacham-brewed clones were sitting in wait. They spent several years riding out the Portal Storms and political unrest, as their peer Genevieve Aristide rose to power instead of him or Hoyle.
In 2011, he finally conquered moving his mind between his own brain and that of his clone - and shortly after, two more of them. He drove Hoyle to drink (more) while he lost interest in Silver, who left the Enclave, and finally made himself useful when Wilson arrived and hatched up a plan.
That plan was to activate another final clone, and send them all - under slightly different names - into the Cities to make sure that things were going smoothly. Which they were, one of them making his way up the administrative ladder (with Aristide's blessing of course) to become the head of things in City 14, which had been Vienna. When the Combine arrived, she also facilitated numerous of her cronies into the same spots, only in the Combine's employ. That Breen fell off the radar * and that part of the story has not been finished yet.
When, finally, the Combine are dealt with, and the Rookery is established, it's clear that the elder Breen Prime isn't really much for dragons. But three of the clones absolutely are, and are delighted to find their bonded - Impressed in their case, as they are Pernese descent - dragons.
Origin: Alskyran Pernese Variant, from Paniyan clutches. They were all eggs when they arrived to the Rookery, and were the first truly hatched there - though there were several disparate types, and only a few had accurate records of their parentage. The trio are full and half-siblings, Cwerty and Kewerth their shared ancestors.
Parentage: Zuki and Zool from the same clutch Obsidian-Gold Etiuruth (Enzan-Shi gold-quartz Kaairth x black-obsidian Ahotpeth (falas genetic)) and Clouded Brown-White Hivlth (Eriol backwards Cwerty x Kewerth); numerous siblings including Irhujath; Ziana from Purple-Fuchsia Juzth (F, Cwerty x Kewerth) and Yellow Iuth (M, Eriol backwards Green-gold Pwyllith (Demona's) x Bronze Tamairth) siblings include Qyvneth, Irjith, and Jaizath

Features: Pernese-based, four legs with thumbs on forepaws, strong claws, 5 and 4 digits; leathery wings have three visible fingers with two claws on leading, wrist thumb, all with claws; hide is thick and requires moisture or oil, sheds frequently, also when on heat tends to shed and then shin very strongly; head has eye ridges, long headknobs; low soft fleshy ridges along entire spine from head to tail end; faceted eyes change with mood; offspring inherit -TH name based on mate, strongly prefer impression/bond.
Dragon bonded to Wally, the Barkeep
Name: Zukianth, "Zuki"
Gender: Female
Size/Shoulder/Length: Medium, 12' s / 50' l / 80' ws
Colors: Orangesicle Cream and Gold-Orange, bold gold on back, sides, limbs, tail, creamy from chin to mid tail; wingsails mixed with brightly white mottled patterns over rippled pale gold; tail spade bright white-gold; eyes change with mood
Features: Gold Queen, will throw both unusually colored as well as 'royal' types
Powers: Winged Flight, obviously with wings like those she can fly strongly and for quite a long distance without tiring. Tends to burst into the air with a huge force, and glide for five or so minutes without needing to flap.
Teleportation; can go between to the Void, prefers strong guidance to do so, and does this only in cases where flight isn't needed.
Commmunication; while she can understand English and other Human languages, she falters with Vort. She can easily sense humans and strongly Vortal creatures, their intents and needs, and often passes this information along to her bond. They share an incredibly tight partnership.
Mating; when she rises in heat, it will be quite the event... She cannot breathe fire or chew coal/firestone, and thus is completely fertile as a Pernese-type female.
Other Info: Yes, she knows he's a boy. She doesn't care. She chose the best possible partner on emerging from her egg. After all he likes her coloration, and likes to wear clothing like it!

Dragon bonded to Whilce, the Watcher
Name: Zulmollarth, "Zool"
Gender: Male
Size/Shoulder/Length: Medium-small, 10'4" s / 40' l / 68' ws
Colors: Reddish Brown with tan markings, very bold for a Pernese-type, as shown
Features: Pernese Brown ranked, capable of siring metallics as well as bicolors
Powers: Winged Flight, though not a tremendously large sized Brown, Zool is a hardy flier and enjoys remaining aloft over the Rookery in the safety that his coloration brings. Anything looking down from above will hardly even notice him with his colors, and he can spring on prey of any kind in a flash.
Teleportation; able to move through the Void though he doesn't much care for it, it's quite cold there, short distances only, though with encouragement from Whilce, he can reach up to 400 miles away without exhaustion.
Communication; he can understand English and some Vort, and can sense those worthy of standing for a dragon's egg - a Search dragon! He has a very strong bond mentally with Whilce, but also enjoys listening in on the many Vortal conversations going on around them. He's quite happy that there are other creatures that can speak in such a way!
Flame Breath; can produce a hot flame without the use of any other ingested accelerants, burning most thin woods and cloth on contact, and seriously damaging metals; accurate in these blasts up to 50 meters away, but must rest for a short time after a few of them.
Other Info: neither he nor Whilce understands why some people give those weird snickering laughs when someone calls him Zool.
Dragon bonded to Willard the Mad Scientist
Name: Zianazuth, "Ziana"
Gender: Female
Size/Shoulder/Length: Small, 7'2" s / 30' l / 48' ws
Colors: 'Scaled' looking violet with fuchsia highlights, wingsails mostly pinkish with violet edging; eyes change based on mood.
Features: Sport-sized and Alskyran affected coloration, lower ranked according to Alskyran terms; will absolutely be able to lay unusually colored eggs, though most of her offspring will be small or even tiny. Also of note: skin is scaled, not hide as the others, and is a mutation from her dam - no other before in her line has it and it is not consistent: if a hided (not scaled) dragon breeds with her, the offspring will likely have hide with only a small chance at scales; if she breeds with a scaled dragon they would stand perhaps a 1/10 chance of having hide instead.
Powers: Winged Flight, Ziana is quick in the air, but also quick to tire; she can turn on the proverbial dime (and doesn't know what that is anyway) and land in very unusual places without much fuss. She likes clinging to rafters, rebar, and any durable wall that's capable of supporting her weight, and can both land and take off from a very narrow area.
Teleportation; where she shines is this natural Void-based movement, she doesn't muck about between, it's as her brother says, cold there - she likes it warm. She can teleport very rapidly in succession, and disorient enemies with her showy wings, though she usually needs to do this while Willard isn't riding her, as he gets quite sick from it... She can go long distances, but they are exhausting, where as her short-range power is easily recharged.
Communication, among the few of her clutch that can speak both mentally and verbally, she speaks a lisping, hissing English pretty well, and can understand it and several Human languages, in addition to Vort. She's learning some other Draconic tongues, intrigued that some must resort to that instead of telepathy. On that regard, she has a strong empathic streak, and reminds her rider that sometimes what he wants to do is really, really awful. Does she serve as a conscience?
She cannot breathe fire, and is fully fertile.
Other Info: Willard absolutely adores his bright and shiny conscience. He can ignore her warnings only so long, though, before he admits that perhaps his efforts should be best put to use for the 'good guys'...
