Masei Avarth

• Stopping time around him
• Specifically slow/stop chosen people
• Speed himself or others around him
• Can heal himself by “sending” himself back in time
• Can see ahead in time, up to 30 mins, the further he sees into the future the less accurate it becomes

• Can dig through one's mind and project a memory of theirs in their head, make one relive their memories
• Can make others think they are seeing doubles or something as something else
• Controlling the other person’s mind, make them do as he pleases
• The person that he decides to look through doesn’t have to be alive

Can summon things through time fragments, which he finds by looking through someone’s mind (i.e. can summon specific weapons from somebody’s past). Although the bigger the summon the more energy he spends

Specifically those around his neck, horn, and arm. These pieces serve as magic nullifiers. Absorbed and transfered time magic to him when he passed through Chrona's Chronostasis bubble. They cannot be removed except under certain conditions. If removed however, Masei's magical capabilities increase by devastating proportions.

Very unlikely partnership brought through unfortunate times.

When Silvas ran from her closest allies in fear of harming them. Masei convinces her to join him. Through the years this partnership would become unstoppable. However Silvas was to be freed from Masei's grasp. Silvas regrets everything during her time with Masei.

Friendly rivalry until the end.

A friendly rivalry aqcuired through their studies. Unfortunately came to an end when Masei used forbidden magic during their fianls. Cyssel no longer responsive and Masei exiled.

Masei comes from an alternate timeline. Things are about the same with a couple alterations.

Masei Avarth studied to become a Mind Mage like those before him. During his studies Masei acquired a friendly rivalry with another dragon named Cyssel. They both would usually butt heads while learning magic, often competing in certain categories. Soon came their final exam to become an official Mind Mage. And as luck would have it, Masei and Cyssel had to compete against each other. Both dragons were doing very well, but Masei had an ace up his sleeve. A forbidden technique, Memory Drain. Masei decided it would be a good idea to show off his newly learned magic on Cyssel. Masei though went overboard and drained too much, causing Cyssel to become unresponsive. The exam was immediately stopped, and Masei exiled for attempting forbidden magic.

While exiled, Masei was left alone with a single thing, his thoughts. As time went on, his own thoughts broke him. Masei kept on thinking about how entertaining it was to use his mind magic. He only wanted to use it more and entertain himself. Masei would go to find a small nearby village and cause chaos. He caused each villager to turn on each other as he watched from a distance. As Masei now honed his magic for chaos, he also started going for bigger targets. From small villages to bigger towns, everything became a target to cause chaos.

Masei came across a capital city. There he would spread rumors and lies to agitate the people. Through deception and other methods, Masei managed to reach the king. He then filled the king’s mind with other lies. This led the people and the royal guard to wage war against each other. Masei though, loved every moment of the chaos he caused. The Mind Mages caught wind of who could be behind this. They captured Masei and put on magic dampening artifacts. Once again he was exiled, but this time to the Dragon’s Maw.

The Dragon’s Maw is where the six primordials dragon went to rest. Chrona, the leader, set up a chronostasis bubble. Anybody that steps into the bubble would get sent to a random time period of any timeline.

The Mind Mages sent one other creature alongside Masei to the Dragon’s Maw. A single thrall, Cyssel, who’s only mission is to get Masei there and destroy the way back. Luckily for the inhabitants of the mainland, Masei had no idea in what direction he was headed to be able to fly back. Cyssel's mind was also blank, as to not be pried of information. Days passed and Masei grew bored of Cyssel and decided to explore the Maw.

As Masei explored, he saw a faint glow in the distance and made his way there. Upon reaching the glow, a dragon emerged stopping him in his tracks. The dragon, known as Chrona, asked Masei if he was certain he wanted to continue his path. Masei agreed as there is nothing left for him here. Chrona let him pass and Masei walked through the bubble. While Masei traveled through time, the magic dampening jewelry malfunctioned. The high concentration of magic was absorbed and merged with Masei. He had now gained access to time magic. Which he had to learn to use effectively. Not only does the jewelry dampen his mind magic but also his newfound time magic.

At the end of the chronostasis bubble, Masei found himself in a familiar cave and made his way above ground. Although everything seemed familiar, this was not his timeline. Upon reaching the outside, in the distance Masei saw an adventurer. He asked the stranger in what direction the mainland was. Masei then flew off towards there. Thinking he was still in his time period, Masei avoided Taedha to not come across the Mind Mages. He made his way to the capital of Emrael to once again cause chaos. He learned the differences between his time period and of the current one. He also learned of the relations of the humans of Emrael and the dragons of Taedha. Time went on and Masei found out that the queen of Emrael was not what she seemed. From there he set his goal to cause chaos forward. Things escalated quickly and the humans and dragons began a war, The Draco-Man war.
