- She's a technology-powered doll with an AI inside, like a human-sized BJD.
- Her hair is a natural gradient that starts with a deep shade of green and fades into a lighter green, much like Azami. She also has pink highlights.
- Misumi mostly wears cute Vtuber-like fashion and pastel colors
- Usually associated with soft pinks and white, in contrast to Azami.

Trivia;
- Due to being a doll, she cannot sleep or eat, and she naturally moves a little slower than your average human.
- She's very light (55 pounds | 25 kg), with basically no strength at all.
- Misumi was an A.I. made based on the research of Azami Yanagi— a project to artifically recreate a human brain with data. She originally was named after Azami as a tribute, but soon got her own name after meeting Azami herself.
- Both her name and surname are flower names: Misumi is the japanese name for a flower called baby's breath, meaning everlasting love, purity of heart and innocence in hanakotoba. Meanwhile, Yanagi is the word for the tree willow, meaning mourning and melancholy.
- Due to being raised in a family of scientists, Misumi is somewhat of one as well! She doesn't tend to focus on one specific area though, mostly liking to research anything that catches her interest.
- She used to be a big fan of Kizuna Ai as an A.I. herself, and took inspiration from her with her own career as a streamer.
- As much as her normal voice may sound natural being mixed and modified samples of two different people (a young Azami Yanagi and her mother), she's still unable to sing.
- She has thanatophobia. She avoids the topic of death as much as possible.

- Mr. and Mrs.Yanagi (Creators) - As her creators, she'd like to give them the benefit of doubt, but she's far too aware of the extent of what they've done, so she avoids them where she can. They're mostly hospitable to her as Azami has recognized her as her sister, but they basically have nothing to do with each other anymore thanks to Azami's efforts, despite their role in her creation.
- Azami Yanagi (Sister) - They're very close— Azami was the one to both recognize her as her own person and provide her a proper body, and in exchange Misumi helps her experience a sense of normalcy she never had before. The two of them are opposites, but complement each other very well.
- Sayuri Arimitsu (Cousin) - She finds her rather intimidating and their personalities don't mix well, but Misumi cares about her regardless.
- Tetsuya Arimitsu (Cousin) - Unlike with Sayuri, Tetsuya and her are good friends, bonding over having similar interests and being the most normal ones in the family. They often collab on each others' channels, and Misumi tries to make sure he's taking care of himself.
- FRIENDS;;
- Fiji Nishida (Friend) - He's energetic and friendly and never fails to make her laugh when she needs it. A really good friend.
