MY TOS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME. it is up to you to keep up with it!

failure to comply with my TOS will result in a public blacklist (temporary or permanent) and potentially a block. you will receive one warning before this happens.

SECTION 1: GENERAL USE

1. DO NOT REFER TO MY DESIGNS AS HQ/MQ/LQ. i will blacklist and/or block you if i see it.
2. do not claim my designs as your own. this includes redesigns.
3. feel free to assign characters from me any gender/species/orientation! so long as it's not hateful/harmful (ie: zoophilia, MAP, etc)
4. turning a design from me into a closed species is allowed, so long as you have a MYO slot and follow the species TOS.
5. please discuss with me if you want to use my designs commercially (including vtubers). most of the time i will not mind, i'd just like to know what's being done with them and to be credited for the design.
   1. that being said my art is not for commercial use when you purchase a design. it must be your own art, or art you've commissioned (with permission from the commissioned artist
6. ON NSFW USE:
   1. if you are a minor and i find out you're using my designs for NSFW purposes, you will be blocked and publicly blacklisted. there is no warning for this.
   2. if you're an adult you're free to use my design for NSFW purposes, assuming the design isn't a feral/minor coded design.
   3. the only exception to this rule is please do not draw v*re of my designs. it's a major trigger for me and i have serious trauma surrounding it, and i do not want my designs associated with it for personal reasons.
7. DO NOT DELETE CHARACTERS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
   1. if you're leaving the site, please gift to someone else or store on a different account. you can also transfer them back to me, and i will gift them away for free or as a raffle.
   2. this also includes deleting characters and uploading them with an offsite link to me instead of a direct credit through toyhouse.
8. DO NOT USE MY DESIGNS FOR HATEFUL/HARMFUL CONTENT. THERE IS NO WARNING FOR VIOLATING THIS RULE. it is an immediate block and public blacklist.
   1. this includes but is not limited to: proship content, MAP/MAP pride, pedo shit, loli/shota shit, beastiality/feral porn, truscum/trumed bullshit and anything else i deem hateful, disgusting, or morally abhorrent.
   2. this also includes using my designs in art made to harass other users.
9. DO NOT USE MY DESIGNS FOR ANY CRYPTO BULLSHIT. i want nothing to do with blockchain, NFTs, and all that shit.

SECTION 2: DESIGN STUFF

1. ON REDESIGNS:
   1. you are free to redesign, so long as it's still recognizable and not completely different.
   2. do not whitewash, make fat characters skinny, detransition, or anything else of that sort when redesigning/changing traits.
   3. when it comes to FULL REDESIGNS (ie: the design wouldn't be recognized as the original or is drastically changed) please contact me first. i do not allow other people to be commissioned to redesign my designs under any circumstances.
2. you are free to colorpick and take inspiration from my designs! just please do not heavily copy, trace, or blatantly steal.

SECTION 3: RESELLING / TRADING

1. when reselling my designs, only resell for the value you bought it for UNLESS there's extra art. be reasonable, use your current commission prices to determine the worth.
   1. if you are currently experiencing an emergency, i may make an exception to this rule. emergencies do NOT include trying to obtain dreamies, commissions, or anything that is not a necessity.
2. there is a 2 week cooldown on reselling/trading adopts from me.
   1. once again, i may make an exception if you are currently experiencing an emergency.
3. DO NOT TRADE/RESELL TO PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF TOYHOUSE. i want to keep up with my designs and who owns them.
4. do not trade/resell characters with NSFW art to minors.

BLACKLIST

do not trade/resell any of my designs to these users under any circumstances. if any of these users try to obtain my designs, please let me know. if they offer on a design of mine that you own, please remind them that they are blacklisted. if you fail to follow this rule, you will be blacklisted as well.
