Cleaver is a serial cannibal who was released from prison a few years back. She was homeless upon release until she met Charm, a runaway who she partnered with to make their own home. After some time, their cabin was built and the two lived together for a couple years before Charm's disappearance.

She is an oddfellow with a strong personality, someone who could hold conversation with a rock if she tried, but is quick to become paranoid or about her relationships/company. During these episodes of stress, Charm would help her calm down by providing company or a distraction (such as reading through entomology books or baking something together) Cleaver isn't the best with words, and shows her appreciation through gifts and crafts.

With PB, Cleaver tends to become more impulsive and reckless, rowdy and boisterous. She will match anyone's energy and go higher. She can also match someone's energy when its lower, usually staying calm and taking things slow when around Charm or those similar in demeanor.
