While awakened either as a terminal or resonator, Sea Bell appears as a young child bearing the tail of a sea beast. The Sea Bell has picked up the pronouns of "he/him" and will be referred to as such for the remainder of this piece.

The Sea Bell has a bit of a sharp tongue in comparison to the other members of the Orchestra of Heaven. It has earned him a bit of a reputation among the more studious as there are many accounts of the Sea Bell telling off kings and nobles to their shock. There's not much to fear when you're immortal/indestructible it seems.

He's not a mad beast however, his words are deliberate and chosen specifically to suit the situation, that is to say when he opens his mouth it's usually to achieve an objective. It's strange, despite being a tool, he has the most vivid personality out of his contemporaries.

Of his owners, he is the most critical. This has led to his imprisonment and torture, but even so the entire time he's lambasting his attackers and even at times offering advice to his captors at how they can improve.

Despite his demeanor, he does not offer himself up willingly.  Typically when he finally lays down to go dormant, he finds a way to be as out of the way as possible. So even with the verbal lashings he doles out, it's usually coming from a place of respect, as strange as that sounds.

In his free time, he is quite studious himself, usually consuming various forms of media to catch himself up to the current era he finds himself in. 

(Note: The below abilities only apply while Sea Bell is owned as a Resonator. While owned as a terminal, these abilities are unavailable and Sea Bell provides: While held, Water spells cast by maestro cost no rhythm)

Species Bonus: Leviathan of Legend - Bolla D'acqua is constantly active for free. Diventare Neve upon activation casts La Tempesta di Neve for free. Water and Healing spells are cast one level higher than called for no additional cost.

Diventare Neve - Water class skill. Enables the user to blend in with snow, totally vanishing from sight.

Idrante

Basic Water attack. Creates a stream of high pressure water that is fired at the target

Ghiacciolo 
(Pianissimo, Piano, Forte, Fortissimo)
Basic Ice attack. Creates a spear of ice that is launched at the target

Mani Nell'acqua
(Presto, Allegro, Moderato, Adagio, Lento)
Utility Spell. The user cups their hands and fresh water flows from them like a faucet. Increasing ranks increases the duration of the spell.

Respingere 
(Tenuto or Mosso)
Basic shield spell. Makes a small barrier around the user. Modifier “Tutti” allows this to target. Tenuto sustains the barrier. Mosso creates an instant shield. Mosso typically isn’t used by normal Maestros.

La Bella Vita
(Presto, Allegro, Moderato, Adagio, Lento)
Basic Healing spell, when cast normally heals self, when cast with the modifier “tutti” it can be applied to a target

La Tempesta di Neve 
Advanced Ice spell. Creates a snowstorm affecting movement and visibility.

Manga de Agua
(Pianissimo, Piano, Forte, Fortissimo)
Advanced Water spell, creates a water spout that that homes in on the target. Increasing ranks increases the intensity. Over water increases rank of spell and duration

L'onda di tempesta 
(Accelerando or Rallentando)
Advanced Water spell, creates a river of non-damaging water. Accelerando pushes the water away from the user. Rallentando pulls the water towards the user

Scambiare Neve
{Presto, Allegro, Moderato, Adagio, Lento}
Creates a dummy made out of snow, increasing ranks adds visual elements to make the dummy look more like the user while also increasing durability of the dummy. Advanced ice users can also use the dummy as a puppet, further increasing the confusion amongst enemies.

Prigione di ghiaccio
(Pianissimo, Piano, Forte, Fortissimo)
Advanced Ice Attack, encases target in ice with a chance to cause frostbite. Advanced ice users can cast this spell on themselves to create ice armor.

Meravigliare Bolla
(Presto, Allegro, Moderato, Adagio, Lento)
Advanced Water Spell; The user creates bubbles. If user is in contact with another resonator while this spell is being cast, any spells the second resonator cast are stored in the bubbles, released when popped. User can also store their own spells within the bubbles by holding the spell in and allowing the maestro to call a second spell. Spell levels must match to properly contain spells.

Purifica L'anima
Status ailment remover, works on mental debuffs as well as physical ones. Modifier “tutti” can apply this spell to a target

Cancella il Ritmo
Remove a target sustained effect from a spell. Won’t work on instant spells (attacks, heals, etc)

Bastioni del Ritmo
Advanced Shield spell. Creates a wall of the user’s element as a sustained effect.

Riflettore Musicale
(Pianissimo, Piano, Forte, Fortissimo)
Advanced Shield spell. Creates a shield which can reflect attacks. The rank needs to match the attack being reflected otherwise, it will break through

L'orizzonte Scudo
(Accelerando or Rallentando)
Advanced Shield spell. Draws spells towards the user for a small period of time. Accelerando ramps up this effect until it expires, Rallentando starts strong but fades quickly.

Scottare 
(Legato)
Water-Fire spell that expels a column of super-heated steam, may cause singeing.

Pioggia Acida
(Legato)
Water-Nature Spell that creates a cloud of acid rain. Harms non-nature/water resonators for the duration of the weather

Forti Temporali
(Legato)
Water-Lightning spell that causes a severe thunderstorm, dealing occasional lightning damage as well as increasing water damage for a set period. Also has a chance to momentarily stun with minor noise from thunderclaps.

Dolina
(Legato)
Water-Earth spell that forms a sinkhole to trap the target. Can deal minor crushing damage

Ciclo Dell'acqua
(Legato)
Water-Solar spell that increases local water content in the air, making it harder to breathe for non-water elements, increases water damage for the duration of the spell

Water-Lunar attack that summons a ball of ice that assails the target like a comet. May leave the target frostbitten 


Acqua Critica

Ultimate level water attack. Nearly invisible water attack that burns with the power of super-heated water.

Ultimate level water support. Creates revitalizing water that can cure all wounds/disease. Completely restores the drinker’s rhythm. Very high cooldown
