Lapis Lazuli

Personality: Lapis is a surprisingly grandiose and even confident Kyogre. Like the tides above, her mood can constantly shift from one feeling to the next. She can be incredibly happy and joyful once second then irritated and angry the next. She is also incredibly prideful about the seas and life, happily caring for every Water type with pride in her heart.

She doesn't get truly upset at anyone or carry grudges unless they are a Groudon or are related to a Groudon.

She harbors deep feelings for both a Groudon and a shiny Rayquaza, but she's too stubborn to admit her feelings.

Backstory: Many stories argue over who is Lapis Lazuli and where did she come from, but one thing's for certain: she is the reason we have the oceans, the seas, and even the rain clouds today. For as long as anyone can remember based on our mythology, she's always been around, always fighting Groudon for control of the weather or other petty reasons. It was just in her natural instincts.

As time passed and Pokehumans evolved up above, Lapis Lazuli always kept her eyes on the sea creatures below. So many grew and thrived in glorious manners which always pleased the Kyogre. Sometimes, she'd come up to the surface out of curiosity's sake. But alas, the constant catastrophic battles between Groudon and Kyogre alike always drove her back to sea. Eventually, she gifted rain to those suffering from drought and earned quite a rep for helping Pokehumans in her own mysterious ways.

Today, Lapis remains in the sea as always, continuously helping the sea grow and become stronger. 

Additional

• While initially being intersex, Lapis chooses to appear in a more feminine humanoid form as she enjoys feeling more feminine and pretty.
•  She DOES have an anthro form as well, but seldom uses it. Her humanoid and anthro forms also exist when undergoing Primal Reversion.
• The Blue Orb is kept under watchful eyes by Neptune's kingdom to prevent her from using Primal Reversion.
  
• I first wrote her to have a crush on Neptune, but after interacting with friends' OCs, the lore has been scrapped; now it's Neptune who has a crush on her.
