Dustin is Zephyrus Reincarnate. Dustin was born in a port town, half human half harpy. She never got to learn about her harpy heritage, but always steered away from her human half. She was best friends with Tucker for years, until the Anemoi split caused her to lose all memory of him. She now lives alone in the Valley of the Lost.
