Cruel, conniving warlord.
he has always used his looks to appear more put together than he really is. he wasn't ready to take the throne of his dying father, but when the time came, he overtook recklessly, and continues even now to make a mockery of his kingdom by being so careless with the rigorous details of his leadership. 

he much prefers settling matters violently. of course he has a quick temper and does not tolerate differing opinions to his own-- he is known to literally turn his back on people when they speak against him, giving anyone a chance to parlay with him. he expects he'll always win, mostly due to his bloodlust being so strong. it doesn't hurt that almost all other species on Osed defer to dragonoids and consider their bloodline that of royalty. (something Sedes uses often to his advantage, and speaks upon it as reminder)

he has an outfit in the works, i'm just super slow lol please bear with his big dragon titties for now

also if it isn't obvious, red markings are considered a sign of prosperity due to his family's influence in power for many centuries, so many poor citizens imitate the marks with red ink tattoos

very important (not really) but this is him 100%, down to not waiting after saying 'i can wait' LOL
