Ranger

Literally a ranger lol. He's very sweet despite that sour face (as one would say, he is a VERY good lad, perhaps even a cinnamon roll); he's just not good at expressing himself with his words!

his younger years were painful, mostly to do with a crusade against the deities he worshiped (which coincidentally is why his wife and his children were persecuted to their deaths). he is fine with starting anew but sometimes he does get hung up on how life goes on without the important people.
even though he has been through great troubles he takes everything in stride and is optimistic enough for everyone else. if no one else has your back, Ranger will, and he'll do it without announcing his motives or feelings, expecting little in return.

He has secret lightning magic that comes from his great great grandmother having been a half elf with potent magics. He is hesitant to use it unless in a pinch. and when it needs to be used, he does in fact do it with the utmost care and seriousness he has stored in his body, lol.

His old name means little to him, having heard Ranger more at this point.
