A refugee from Prime, one of the oldest thriving civilizations, their affiliation with the state is broken after a coup takes over the major capital and calls for the extermination of the other branches involved with Souls. Kuka is a skilled “Soul Reaper” that worked with the Purifier branch and is seen as a high value target due to their use towards the broken order’s interests. Kuka’s main goal is to restore order to Prime after recovering the parts to their shot down Starship. They are bound to the Jersey Devil through the Soul Ring.

Perhaps an ulterior motive for returning to Prime may have also lead to their escape.
