Her words are formal, referring to most with endearing terms like darling and love. Despite it all, she jumps from friendly to condescending to playful: She never sticks to one attitude, and is very swayed by her emotions... If they're even her real feelings in the first place. She acts only in her own interests, and despite not caring about appearances, she's amused by how many people view her differently. She views others as a story to explore, dropping them for a time once she's grown bored of them.
Communication skills
Terrible. She listens to no one and expects everyone to listen to her... Kind of. She is eloquent and charming, capable of controlling people with her words... But she can hardly work with others (let alone the fact she's caused many people's demises), earning her many enemies.
Showing affection
They despise close connections, keeping everyone at arm's length with sweet, honeyed words-- Even to the people they were friends with before death. They hate their past and being KNOWN, because that means people know your weaknesses, too. Their affection only vaguely manifests in Reiner, entertaining their flirting and checking in on them without their notice. Closet tsundere. Otherwise, they simply don't form affectionate connections at all.

Pale and bloodless, the blush-red tint on her skin only visible due to the makeup she applies to herself. She has VERY LONG eyelashes, wearing shiny, dark purple eyeshadow, red under-eyes, and black lipstick. Her nose is long and buttoned, and her yellow eyes have a white moon iris and are glazed pale due to corneal opacity.
Clawed acryllic nails, painted purple! Slightly wavy white hair, with purple fade and roots. Becomes a nebulous material at the ends of her hair.
Scars & Marks
Most notable is the big scar from top to bottom across her left eye. A result of the divine retribution on the night of her death, with four stars running across her cheek at the bottom of the scar.
The other notable one is the one across her entire neck, a repeating star pattern resulting from her ripping out the DOSC collar post-death.
Tattoos
Only one, the insignia of the DOSC and her position in their ranks. On her middle upper back, depicting the four diamonds and her ID, LI-06433. Despite hating the organization, she shows no attempt to hide it or her affiliation with it.
Wardrobe
Her mask is that of chaos, represented by a black half-mask. There is an opening for her mouth shaped like a smile, and a closed white eye. There are four red stars underneath the eye representing her scar. Additionally, there is a faint white star pattern at the top of the mask, and a red gradient near the bottom.
Continuing with the theme of hating the DOSC but making no attempt to further herself from them, ne wore nis uniform underneath a suit-coat even after death. The only change was that the uniform got dyed slightly purple, and nis amulet was swapped out for a soul container. (Despite how much ne acts like it, ne has no idea who ne is outside nis identity in the organization.)
The striped socks and boots are majorly a fashion choice: The boots are heavily belted and have gold heels and soles, which serves the miniscule function of warding and easier magic conductivity.

Phantasia finds it funny that Physmania is actively hunting nim down, and makes fun of it for failing to kill nim so many times. Ne would NEVER want to merge back with it, and rather enjoys the setup they have at the moment... It brings spice to nis life!
(Would ne ever care if it died..? Ne refuses to speak on the subject...)

Phantasia entertains xis flirting, and enjoys the affectionate attention xe gives them... To an extent. There's a point where they hate getting too personal, not because it makes them uncomfortable, but because they don't like the constant reminder of their past that Reiner inherently IS.
