Trenchcoat Kid

despite what his name should suggest his powers do NOT come from his trenchcoat but rather, he keeps the tools for his power IN it. signed a bit too many contracts and he is now rotting away from the inside. but at least now he can control paper?? i guess?? good deal!!
to be fair. he's the "closest he's ever been to finding his sister" because of all those contracts he signed, buuut. we'll see how it goes.
