Sleepy Tea Cookie

Sleepy is the prince of a very small kingdom, the very soft spoken young man can usually be found fast asleep in random areas of his home or the surrounding area, in fact as he almost never opens his eyes its hard to tell if he's awake or not even if he's standing up. he has never spoken above a whisper and usually communicates through nonverbal signals for convenience sake. he's very curious and loves exploring and reading about new places when he's awake. he's almost always seen clutching his teddy bear or accompanied by his pet bear, chamomile.
