As this helps me how to handle them and it also gives me inspiration on stuff to draw. due to my autism. I'm not good with small talk/ casual things. Whenever I need to write about Human and Deity zagan, especially in icarus thread, i call him Mako when I mean deity i say zagan. In Human AU, Mako migbt be a odd eye?? Nate is also odd eye. so this might help trick haruna into thinking Mako is Nate and Abbys kid? (although she might squint at Makos eyebrows and possible magic powers. But Nate and Abby could say its from grandparent. Nate and Ty was also experimented on, were safe haven tried to give them powers. Nate got weather manipulation powers. But they can lie about those expirmentations might have affected Mako? Maybe Abby was experimented on too? Idk yet if she was kidnapped because she got powers, or she is like nate who didn't have powers and safe haven experimented to give her powers?? I think i might lean on the same category as nate? maybe that is how they met in safe haven? They were put in same divisions?

I don't think Mako or Alex knows themselves because they are having fun with their mind games. (Except for Damien/Icarus in the AUS were Icarus exist, Damien doesn't know what is going on in Merman AU) It's also possible that Alex is single and dating others, while being in a friends with benefits relationship with Mako. Alex easily get's bored and dumps people. Mako's mind games will keep her entertained to either stay with mako or keep going back to him until it becomes official (I prefer to test the waters more before making a pair canon but I have a good feeling about them. Especially when I realized they are perfect match with their chaotic energy. Boosting one another. In merman au, it's possible Alex and Mako was going to troll the other (since they both like to troll other species) and they ended up secretly enjoying their time together. its possible they might have met at young age too, especially if william is a lizardfolk and he ends up with arin. Unless William lies about his species to the others? I lean on schmidt will know? Especially IF he has a kid with arin. since risk the kid revealing what species William is, unless there is magic to help prevent kids from transforming. Mako might have done it as a joke, and then kept on doing because its too entertaining for him. (And maybe fell in the trap of being used to the nickname)

I can imagine Mako and Dami might geek out together if they meet. It seems very likely they will meet through Payton (or maybe even William, if William is lizardfolk and get together with Arin.

Mako being shark obsessed (Wouldn't surprise me if Mako chose the nickname, that Dami might have been among the mako's he saw from distance that would do "flying" stunts". Dami often jump from the ocean (Or dive from cliffs since he love the feeling of flying)

And Dami will geek over meeting lizardfolk, especially flying lizardfolk. Dami is trying to build something that enables him to fly (or glide, I think gliding is probably something he will succeed with, especially jumping from cliff) Dam will study Mako's wings (And payton) if given the chance, to help make something to glide with (and he is envious of creatures that can glide and fly since it's something he wish he could do

Personality: I lean on him being a goofball with a big heart. Probably very rough. Adrenaline junkie? Probably get's himself in trouble all the time. He might be aggressive towards villains? Maybe he has a twisted view on them deserving it? Then again, if he is raised by Nate and Abby who has big hearts, he might not be aggressive/twisted?? (Unless haruna plays a bit role in that, but ty and charlotte are also there to help raise/guide him with nate and abby) IF he is rough with villains I can imagine cyrus having to stop him. And if Mako knows cyrus is a hero ( i lean on he knows) Cyrus disappeared a lot as civilian and hero. so he is afraid cyrus will hurt payton again. He might have battled for cyrus attention. Or that if Cyrus attention drifted to payton, mako would join in their conversation since he doesnt want to feel left out

Payton and Mako difference being raised by Nate and Abby in human au and where Payton and mako might be the same/similar - Both most likely have big hearts. But mako's intentions/behavior might be misunderstood by others. Or he is too rough/intimidating because of his appearance, loud personality? Payton is small so it's less intimidating for her to be close, compared to mako? Especially if he got his dads height. And if he is rough like nate (nate is a bear hugger that often forgets his own strenght. Or stuff like smacking someone on the back of their back to cheer them on, can hurt the person he smacks fdsdf)

- Payton is extremely trusting, naive, and not the brighest - mako might not be easy to trick? Maybe he is like alex? Intelligent goofball. But i'm not sure if its good idea he is similar to alex? although they were raised together so similiarities to alex could be them influencing one another as they grow up

- Both payton and mako are happy goofy kid. - Payton isn't agrressive, while i think mako can be. especially if he is protective of family and friends.

depending on how often mako bumps into haruna and the others because of payton. i got feeling he might be running around with cyrus on titan missions. i dont mind bringing him in either if he can work for plot stuff. haruna might be okay with him since is nice change from grumpy raiden dfssdffd i don't think mako is easy for haruna to manipulate but he might do stuff for her especially if it benefits everyone. i got feeling mako is rough with things like villains. so if haruna wants a villain away. its easier to ask mako, than cyrus? (or mako drags cyrus with him fdsfdsf) at least with mako she knows mako doesnt hesitate. i do think he has a big heart, but he might be a bit twisted. like miyuki thinking people deserve things, especially if vic is his dad and made like payton. he might feel like payback towards society for how his biological dads were stolen from him. or feel like he is doing justice so other kids don't experience what he has? he loves nate and abby. but i think he might feel robbed by society that he didn't get to meet vic, and he got to know charlotte as "fake aunt" since she isnt related to abby. and ty as uncle

mako is open slate. so i leave it open in case if it benefits any plots/stories. correction, mako and payton were robbed from ever getting chance to see vics side of the family (almost lost victor too. Victor was most likely killed by Ty and then ressurected by safe haven ocs. if they hadn't ressurected him, mako and payton would been robbed of meeting victor too. anything safe haven or nightstalker related ( its possible haruna will get nigthstalker enemies, like her family or at least her family disowns her fully) he will probably not hesitate to do whatever she requests.

Its also possible that Mako and Payton has met victor when they were toddlers (depends when they were found and when safe haven blew up) maybe Mako has a vague memory of vic? Or maybe accidently saw a photo of victor? and nate and abby didn't answer who he was or it was clear they were lying. (Nate is horrible liar. and abby might be bad at lying too). -------------------------------------------

It might be best that Haruna finds the truth through payton. Although Payton would be sad if she found out that people were killed because she told the truth. haruna can talk about how it was for greater good and how it was accident. I bet they will be able to calm Payton down, or that when she finds out she is older and stronger mentally.

BUT, if its better for payton, that mako plays a role. I’m open for it. Problemsolving: Does Mako tell haruna the truth about the nightstalker organization? (For temporary time) Does he become distant and spiteful towards haruna?? (this is a way for haruna to find out the truth.

however damien will pick up if mako is building up anger. and will talk about they need to take a break and discreetly tell the Kowalczyk family to keep an eye on him. and when the Kowalczyk think everything is "solved", mako might confront haruna? Even though I'm certain that my ocs will tell payton and mako to keep everything secret. It's possible that mako might slip. maybe mumbling something like "worshipping a lie" or "how can you worship that monstrosity???" to himself and haruna picks it up. it has to be something nigthstalker stuff to appear to provoke him. (maybe he looks for haruna and finds her in the secret nightstalker room??)

It's also possible that mako is so distracted with all information. Maybe happy to get to know the truth about his parents? and it's when he comes home he has a "wait a minute" everything sinking in about how he was robbed of ever getting to meet victors side of the family. almost never got chance to meet victor because of how society destroyed him. That way damien doesnt sense anything is off during the trial room.

i'm def okay with keeping it old canon that haruna finds out the truth through payton. so it's a accident. since i can imagine my ocs would feel horrible if mako did something like this. he would not want a city to blow up. he would be like haruna who wants the deity gone, especially since she hurt selcouth/victor the most?

and i can imagine it would traumatize victor too. if his son is responsible for a city getting blown up (especially if its the same city he grew up in) so it might be best that payton is responsible for it, since it will be a big accident on her part, than Mako who might slip because he was having a emotional/vulnerable moment.

Unless, All nightstalker powers are erased and all deity haruna are gone, maybe that outweights the bad? who knows what worse the organization would have done if haruna hadn't provoked them into action? Then it could have been more cities getting destroyed.

Maybe mako tells haruna about damien holding selcouth soul? I think Haruna would react to finding out that Selcouth, who was tyreks/osiris worst opponent. Is kept inside of Damien. And damien is showing no signs of struggling with containing Selcouth and deity haruna.

Payton: Excellent hunter? Doesnt have it in her to lead or do what tyrek does. Maybe a witch?? Focused on the healing aspect or help hunting? (Idk what magic does in this world) Raiden: He seems to be doing whatever he can to help tyrek. as he has been drawn with tyrek and was there when orcas attacked the ship. he is serious type. I think others can rely on him. He own't goof around in missions Ikimi: Doing something art related? or witch?? Mako: He seems to be having fun like payton. He might have plans to take over after Vic and charlotte as witch in the tribe However, if he is strategic, and is cocky because of it. Maybe Ty (and other parents?) sees Mako's potential? so his story might be to mature and take over? or at least share the leader role with raiden? I think he will always be goofball but that he learns to not toy with enemies during missions where it matters?? Especially if he has won and has rarely experienced his plans failing him. or if it failed. he solved it, by something like killing the human (he might toy with a human if the plan was to kill them anyway. but risk the human finding out about the plan/trap before they were supposed to)

(idk if they can only glide or if they can fly. so far it seems like it's gliding?? maybe they use the wind to help them?? i need to check gliding. or maybe we just say "fuck it, lets just let them fly, it might boost the wingfolk motives to attack. getting surprised by lizardfolk climbing mountains because they were looking for resources for their tribe. and accidently found wingfolk territory. maybe the wingfolk feared the lizardfolk would steal resources? or fearing getting attacked since the lizardfolk are in vulnerable position- i have to laugh at those silly motives though lizardfolk: struggling wingfolk: let's make them suffer even more and risk provoking them although if they poisoned the tribe that would be a way to eliminate many possible threats. or if they did some sort of sneak attack. i'm very uncertain about these motives. it's possible they saw the lizardfolk as a threat. especially if they were forced to take resources NEAR the mountaints or slightly moving up the mountains. so they feared the lizardfolk would work themselves up? although i bet the lizardfolk try to make things around them self sustaining? like when you chop a tree, you plant another tree

Mako might be a gremlin and make some sort of joke that make cyrus paranoid about mako. if mako makes a comment about being them being closer i think cyrus will realize who mako is. its more likely mako might say "I have my ways" or maybe a comment that makes cyrus paranoid about his skill in keeping it secret. looking around everywhere as coyote on guard. feeling watched. which will entertain mako to see cyrus/coyote alert mode of his surroundings (he is already on alert, so i think mako will be fascinated its possible to be even more alert than he originally was. --------------------- maybe mako is die hard shark fan because of cyrus aunt ilyana? I can imagine mako be intense whenever asking cyrus if he knew when ilyana was going out to study sharks. I THINK mako was more positive towards payton and cyrus having crush on each other when they were younger (maybe felt it was weird, seeing his sister be interested in his bff, since that seems like typical kid behavior) and as they got older he was okay with it. but then cyrus pushed payton away. and cyrus started to disappear a lot. hurting payton and him. so he is afraid of cyrus hurting payton again. so he might be intense glaring/eying cyrus whenever he sees payton and cyrus together fdssdf its bit like "you better treat my sister like a queen, or i'll cast a curse on you >(" type of mood.

idk if that is canon. but it would be a change. however you could say that the beating he received from ty is one way for a parent to scare cyrus ddfsf even though -------------------------------------------------

I think they appear whenever he use magic (Unless charlotte and victor cast some sort of illusion spell on him, so they don't appear until after he finds out who his parents are??? Pointy ears goes against blending in...then again having unusual appearance isn't uncommon. but my ocs try to hide payton and mako the best they can. so maybe he has illusion spell on them and his eyes??

I lean on safe haven made payton and mako using all 3 deities. Selcouth,osiris and charlotte. (they are his parents in deity past, as are raiden, ikimi and payton in deity life) with safe haven it's to show how extreme safe haven is. And i think they also hoped by using their genes, the deities wouldn't harm the kids if safe haven tried to force the deities in them.

*force the kids as the deities new vessel" or the kids being a back up plan in case if they failed brainwashing. or if they succeeding in brainwashing then the kids would function as support to victors group.

Mako found out at early age. And he doesnt say anything. Out of curiosity to see how long it takes cyrus to confess and maybe he is entertained. Poking at cyrus and seeing how cyrus will get nervous, and mako pretends to believe whatever story cyrus tells. Mako being entertained seeing all the stories cyrus makes up.

So i can imagine scenario when cyrus finally confess. Mako is just "i know" and cyrus is "YOU KNOW?!??!?!" "HOW?!?!? WHEN!?!" bomnbarding him with questions. I bet cyrus response made it all the more satisfying for mako. --------------------- I can imagine mako's family MIGHT try to tell him to not be a hero. (to protect his identity from safe haven. Especially since they lost Victor. If anyone from Safe haven wanted Victor, they would focus on Mako IF they found out Mako is his son.

Maybe Mako is determined to be a hero like cyrus (so cyrus impacts the kids life too and accidently sabotating their attempts to try to hide mako from people like safe haven ) -------------------------------------- LIED ABOUT BEING TWINS??? I lean on Payton and Mako in safe haven au are lied about being twins (this is also so I have it open that mako can be in suicide squad fight. Victor is taking away the power from those who can't consent, minors, elderly, specific mental disorders, physical stuff like coma, unconcious (like damien, but damien is almost immune so vic wont be fast enough to take power away from dami since icarus is there)

and if mako is the same age as payton. I dont think he is a minor when suicide squad fight happens???

i see the crack of payton and mako being the kids haruna is less willing to "share" fssdff ------------------------------ Haruna nightstalker plot and relationship with mako it's also very possible that she wants deity haruna destroyed for mako's sake too. I'm very certain that he will hear about her actions, that she tried to kill schmidt family. and he will be very upset with her. However i think it's possible that he will take her back to warmth because 1. maybe because of charlotte and vic trying to get along with her. or 2. its after the nightstalker organizaiton is destroyed. Harunas actions in the nightstalker organization. even though at least one city might be nuked. maybe the same city that was nuked in the past since the organization knows icarus was connecte to the place since he was most likely on the news as one of many people who worked to help people. The place getting destroyed. and i lean on her consenting to loosing her powers for the people she loves. that mako will warm up to her again.

so this is were victor helps a lot too. If haruna is nice to victor. It will benefit her repairing relationship to mako.

I'm very divided by these two ideas: One part of me like the idea if "what if, during the moment they go in trial room. When mako comes home and everything sinks in (it has to be later, so damien doesnt go "we continue another day" when mako is by himself. damien has no idea what mako is feeling. IF he becomes upset. that all of harunas actions was based on a lie about deity haruna (and her own benefit as a villain) i could see him confront her, if x life is what she would have wanted for her non nightstalker family and friends.

HOWEVER

I dont want mako to be cause to the city getting nuked. then i think there has to be a lot of positive things that happen. for example all nightstalkers powers are removed in their world. maybe also in other worlds too. I have concept about why this might be a smarter move. Damien/icarus and vic/selcouth will go on field trip so Victor can partake in it fsdfd.

it would take away the hope/interest of bringing her back. when it's high chance she migh reject the former nightstalker than to take them in her warmth for their loyalty. Back to it: It's messed up payton plays a role in it. But i think it might be best that Haruna finds out by accident, than if mako is confronting haruna. After the nightstalker arc. I like the idea of the character occasionally working together. I bet they will get same enemies at times.So it benefits all to work together + I bet that if haruna has villain enemies, mako will be ready to handle them. since he is he hero with cyrus (idk if cyrus knows who mako is. I THINK mako found out who cyrus is and pretends he doesn't know cyrus is coyote. i think there are notes about that in mako's toyhouse?? if not i will add it on paintberri and toyhouse later.

I think i also have notes about possible views mako has in his toyhouse as well. i will clean up his toyhouse and organize it. i think mako is a very happy loudmouth who likes to goof around. aggressive towards villains (i wonder if he is a fan of manticore. which might be a funny. old canon is that alex and cyrus hears about manticore from school? I think the kids are talking about heroes they like. And someone brings up manticore as the topic. the twins hasn't heard about manticore before. They react to alex having similar powers (i think manticore is still somewhat a mystery what her powers are? they know manticore regenerates and can poison. but maybe not aware its combination of bone and poison manipulation? or that they don't know specifics/details about it? Manticore avoids public. Rarely seen with team. (Rakel is working with sep, but idk if its as manticore or she has a secondary hero identity early on, that she uses to work in teams. but i bet in certain scenarios manticore was forced to work in teams.

and manticore also fits as mako's "hero fightstyle" being aggressive towards villains. He could be inspired by manticore

Although it's cute to imagine him maybe messing with charlotte saying "mother" (especially if he calls victor for "far" or "pappa" maybe he switches between father/dad in norwegian) so charlotte might have a small pout being called mother/mom. and mako then in jokster manner calls her "mor". he was waiting to see her response about not being called mother in norwegian.

Polish word for dad is "Ojciec" (pronounced oy-chetz) means Father. "Tata" means Dad. I don't know if Ty spoke polish with his family? I think he did. And maybe nate and ty continued to speak polish? It would give them a advantage in surviving safe haven. that they could plan things and their opponent wouldn't understand what they talked about. And Nate raised Mako.

IF charlotte has to be "fake aunt". The kids associate her as "aunt" because she is bff with abby? Same with Victor (Up till he disappeared) However, Mako is a witch. That could be a exscuse to get mako to get to know charlottes side of the family. Make a exscuse it's about helping him with his powers and also teach him about magic.

IF she can't teach him. I could see charlotte be sad about not not getting to introduce him to his norwegian family and introduce him to his roots. idk how to explain it (and no pun intended at ty/mako dfsdf )

------------- Sidenote: Does Payton and Mako remember victor? I can imagine safe haven people, especially charlotte and Ty being in pain whenever the kids asked about victor. I keep wondering if charlotte might have cast a memory spell on the kids? 1. I dont know how old they were when victor lost everyone and faked his death 2. It will help protect the kids identities, so they don't talk about vic to haruna (depends on how old they are)

If charlotte cast memory spell i think she breaks the spell once they know who vic is? Especially if they have a story about why vic disappeared. I think they could say the truth. That victor lost almost all family and friends. Vic faked his death to protect the remaining people he loves.

I keep imagining the crack of mako seeing damien as a two goody shoes. and then is excited about seeing all the destruction to the nightstalkers. (i also laugh at the crack of mako also being scared of damien. you know it's bad when the hero with "bloodlust" mako is also intimidated/scared of damien.

It's also possible he might be cheering on, and then becomes scared for haruna, when damien is ready to kill haruna.

Mako's reaction also depends on his role in the nightstalker organization. I lean on he didn't start anything? it's better its accident. especially if the same city that victor lived in was nuked. although mako would be better at handling the accident than payton.

It's possible that mako might stand back when damien is ready to kill haruna. since they are distant because she tried to kill schmidt family.

and when haruan replies she did it for the people she loves. I can see that be a moment where he will let her in more? Unless victor is able to help mako warm up to haruna before that point? or maybe mako refused to give her a chance? he doesn't like villains.

Another reason I like zagan as a name, is the bull reference in mythology. I bet he will probably be something like selcouth. but maybe he often has bull like shape or bull like features, like bull horns to a dragon like form??? referance to apis mythology i have with osiris/ty that is a bull??? --------------
