A mysterious figure often spotted patrolling mountain ranges. He is followed by a faint glow which can be seen from the mountainside. He is stoic and passive for the most part, but if he catches wind of people starting fires and desecrating nature, his rage shows. Since he is a moon deity, he calls upon the moon for his power. He can materialize a bow and arrows made of moonlight. When his rage peaks, the blood moon emerges, and you best bet he is on his way to find you. Also has the ability to walk on the sky. Basically a protector of nature/earth sent from the moon. Constantly picks up and collects fallen/shooting stars.
