R ingo, the "lone star," a man who's spent his entire life moving around, never staying too long in one place, is stuck. while passing through a dusty old abandoned-looking town, he ran right into the hands of the devil, and was soul-bound to the lonesome village.
ringo spends his time now helpin' around the town, forever tasked with keeping it safe; if he dares try running, the devil'll catch him, and ain't nobody wan' a run-in with the devil. ringo doesn't know if he'll ever be able to leave, and he isn't quite sure if he'll ever live to see a sunset anywhere other than the ghost town he hates yet loves so dearly.
for now, all he's got is a prayer in mouth and his horse, 'n that'll have to do. may god save his soul.
