| Archer Zhu Huang [(Adoptive)-Father] Ana is under on allusions that Archer is her biological father. Not only does she know better, it was easy enough to figure out as is, but she was also told. Told that and that her biological parents are deceased; although she was spared the details of how they died. Even still, even if Archer isn't her biological father, she couldn't ask for a better dad in her eyes. While he can be a bit overbearing and worried about her safety at times she is thankful to have him as a dad and shows no qualms in bragging about being his daughter to those who would listen. Safe in the knowledge that Archer would do everything in his power to keep her from getting hurt and failing that he would bring down hellfire on the parties responsible. Even if that hellfire comes in an hour long phone call with one of her tutors, a sternly-worded email, or something. | |
| An Hong [Uncle] What little Ana knows about her uncle An goes through the filter of her father and none of it is positive. While she knows none of the details she knows enough to know he was a bad man and that it was in everyone's best interest that he stay in prison; at least that's what her father tells her. While she does believe him she would still like to know more about An in order to form a more accurate picture of him beyond the few family pictures and stories that Archer has shared with her. However some things are better left buried, as he father would say, lest she find out what happened to her parents and why she has the scar that crosses her face and her uncle's role was in both cases. | |
| Chee Lun Hong [Grandfather] While Ana knows very little of her uncle An, she knows almost nothing of her grandfather Chee Lun, other than the sheer fact he exists. She knows nothing about him, what he looks like, if he was anything like her father, or other small but incidental details whose lack of which leaves him as something of a void in her mental picturing of him. And if Archer has any say in the matter he hopes she never learns about him. | |
| Vardah Lasout [Enemy/Occasional Baby Sitter] Vardah and Ana had never expected to run into each other. The two had met when Vardah had stopped by to drop of something from Shizuki, Vardah's girlfriend, to Archer and was surprised to find out that Archer had a kid; something he had omitted from the prior meetings before. While Vardah tried to make a good first impression? Ana just wasn't having it. Almost instantly there was a level of antipathy coming from Ana towards Vardah that only got worse and worse as time went on and Vardah came over more and more until eventually Vardah was watching Ana on days when Archer was busy with work or other reasons and needed someone to keep an eye on her. To put it simply? Ana doesn't like Vardah, not one bit, and for no good reason if truth be told. |
