Casper is the person you go to if you need to have a deep heart to heart. Even if Casper were angry with you, he would always have your back... it's just simply who he is. To Casper, everybody deserves to be heard and cared for.
A guy innocent and supportive as Casper is incredibly rare in a world like this. Casper tries to stay out of trouble and sticks to his best friend Vinn like glue, but sometimes he has to face the world in his own way.
Personality
Casper is a sweet individual that really takes the time to hone in his passions. Although he doesn't always understand social etiquette and how to speak to others, his late mother still managed to mold Casper into a very considerate person. Casper tries to be aware of his effects on other people usually to the point of worrying, but it doesn't take much to reassure him.
Casper is a man who really takes people to heart and hopes other people do the same with him in return. Because of this, he is rather easy to overwhelm and upset. He tries not to get involved with weird people, but he seems to attract compromising situations like a magnet. Casper is not very good in confrontation and would rather back down when things get uncomfortable.

Relationships
Best friends.
Casper is very attached to Vinn, having known him since they were just children. Although they both rely on each other, Casper leans on Vinn a lot more but Vinn doesn't mind. Casper can be himself with Vinn, and that is something he really treasures.
Acquainted.
Casper is wary around Ness like he is with all strangers, but Ness's genuine interest toward his hobbies flatters him. He wants to get to know her a little better.
Intimidating.
Casper can't relax around Sterling no matter what he tries, he is incredibly jumpy around him. Casper still attempts to be friendly despite the fact that Sterling is so domineering, but he knows Sterling doesn't really get it.
