Sterling demands your attention the moment he steps into a room. Either it be his commanding presence or his boisterous attitude, Sterling knows how to move a room in his direction.
After getting corrupted, Sterling is a force to be reckoned with and will stop at nothing to get the change he desires. All this makes him a fantastic leader, although his emotions can get the better of him at times. Sterling is always the first to move.
Personality
Sterling isn't for the faint of heart. Born and raised in a city controlled by powerful gangs that control resources, Sterling was forced to be strong from a young age. But, he didn't become the Sterling he was today until he faced a near death incident with the corruption that plagues him now.
After being faced with death, Sterling refuses to become anything he is not. He fights with unwavering determination and with the motto of always being first to strike. Zero hesitation. Despite his spontaneity, Sterlings actions are driven by his heart; he would never do anything he didn't believe was for the right cause.

Ness and Sterling trust everything with each other... everything except romantic feelings. The two are often confused as a couple, but they both couldn't give a shit about how people see them. Bros before hoes.

Not particularly close but Sterling wants to close the gap, whether hes conscious of it or not. Sterling likes Vinn more then he would admit to, but can't help getting annoyed by Vinn's stubborn attitude.

Sterling doesn't mind Casper but has no idea how to handle Casper's fear of him. Sterling isn't interested in a person that can't fend for themself, but he does admit that Casper's studys intrigue him.
