Background
Born in his fathers native Kazakhstan, raised mainly in India. His father is mixed North Asian, mainly from nomadic heritage, his mother is Muslim Muhajir Pakistani. His parents' families made their names as vampiric Silk Road traders, trading all throughout Asia. He connects mostly to his South Asian heritage being that he was raised there, but isn't one to deny his father's roots either. While the family business evolved into a more modern version of itself, him and his four other siblings were all expected to take up parts of the expanding management positions needed, which he now does happily. Speaks Urdu, Hindu, Khazak, and English.
Personality
Gives the initial impression of being mild, sound, and vaguely unapproachable, but truly is just good at playing at his façade. Shaz is really a well mannered, business minded, hopeless romantic with a good heart. He can be a little unsure of himself in his personal relationships but is steadfast in all other aspects. Responsible, loyal, prompt, often curt in the way he handles serious situations, but generally warm and socially vivacious. He met Alfie and then Finn while expanding the family business in Europe and instantly hit it off with the two, allowing him to come into his own while apart from his family for the first time ever. He's able to shed more of his staunched persona and be truly himself.
