Bio: Charles Cobb is a musician and vigilante in the City of New Kelenath.
By day he writes music and DJ's as his B-HLD3R persona, occasionally releasing music albums as the inspiration strikes him.
By night he tracks down criminal organizations operating in his city to take them down. Charles feels that the cops and FBC agents are too slow and confined by red tape to get the job done in time. Charles also occasionally partners with the Clan of Hope in the city [a clan of beastmen] who are a vigilante clan protecting the general populace from injustice, whether the police decide they should or not.
