SUMMARY
Francis is both a professor and the executive assistant to Barrett in the enrollments branch at TripleR. He is not really human, but not really anything else, either. His “life” before TripleR is classified, though he doesn’t even remember it himself. He mostly retains or removes rifts, anomalies, and spectres. Now he is a veteran rifter and the supervisor of 3 misfit students of his own; and only makes minimum wage doing it….

Design Notes:
Francis has styled black hair. His eyes are green and blue and orange and red and yellow and etc. He is fairly average looking besides that, almost even forgettable.
Style:
He likes to collect shirts with grating colors and clip on ties. The only pants he owns are chinos and his shoes are always shiny. He never dresses down because it doesn’t get any lower.
PERSONALITY
Francis is a mixture of grating cheerfulness or overwhelming anxiety, and he's constantly switching between the two. He has extensive knowledge surrounding rifts; in addition, he's always ready to talk about this with anyone that asks… But his students seem less than thrilled about it. Francis is very adept at combat and the removal of rifts. Though he is considered by most to have a very disconcerting presence, his capacity and skills are… Noticed? Occasionally he'll have bouts of memory loss that leave him disorientated. There is no current, "accessible" causation or explanation for this. He is very devoted to A.D.J., and is always trying to impress him.

Francis is fairly devoted to the Assistant Director J. He never hesitates to follow through with her requests. Whatever ties his loyalty to her is a mystery.

They are bound together by an indescribable force (Spectre 5H). He is Francis 2’s only form of communication with the outside world. They bicker like siblings.
Barrett
Rival / Coworker
After being "promoted" to Assistant Executive, Francis does (almost) everything he can to fulfill his orders; but tends to act flippant and nonchalant about things, in a way that makes Barrett fume. Francis finds the Executive rather endearing and "doesn't realize" how much he annoys him.
