ME, MYSELF, AND I.
M eiro was raised in an orphanage, starting from when he was around a week old. Life from there was pretty basic. He grew up sharing a room with other kids, who all adhered to a schedule of chores, classes, and recreation times. The years went by and new orphans kept cycling in and out, but Meiro stayed.
By the time he was a teenager, he became the oldest resident since there was no family to claim him. At that point, he shifted into helping the caretakers and keeping the younger kids entertained as if he worked there himself. Because of his personality and unique abilities, the kids liked his presence. He successfully moved out once he was 18, but he occasionally visits the caretakers.

R iku is Meiro's roommate and coworker. Meiro think's Riku's awkwardness is amusing. He enjoys messing with him to get some reactions (that don't get old) from time to time. He appreciates the fact he has a lowkey type of roommate, though.

M eiro doesn't really know Hotaru. He hasn't seen her around until a little before Riku moved in. Riku mentioned her a few times, and seems to know her better than him. He kind of thinks there's something odd about her.
