An immortal magician who loves collecting, specifically human souls. Remembers every person they've ever met, but finds it hard to let himself be known. He's mostly curious, fascinated by the depths that the human experience can reach despite their short lives. Not to mention, a richer knowledge makes for richer magic. Sometimes he becomes fascinated with the soul of someone still living, watching them until their natural death when he can take it. With Demetrius, that feeling has become something... different? Something Soma isn't sure about. Once as they sat together beneath the boughs of a willow tree, Demetrius had playfully suggested that it could be love. Soma doesn't know how to feel about that. 

Truthfully Soma isn't very good at interacting with anyone besides Nin, and doesn't deal well with new situations. Their instinct is to flee and hide from things that they can't handle. This is why they're afraid of anyone getting to know them- when somebody cares about you, you can't just dissappear, not without them coming looking for you. 

Soma can shapeshift into a variety of part-animal forms, most commonly a white harpy. This might even be his real form. 

Nin is their familiar. She knows them better than they know themself.
