A clever and ruthless “antiques“ merchant who's found himself a steady foothold in city politics, possibly through means of blackmail. He plays only for his own gain. However, if you find yourself in financial trouble, this is the man you want, whether you like it or not. Surprisingly, the common folk in town seem to like him- he’s bailed more than a few of them out of trouble. It just so happens sometimes his own opinions align with the masses, or that he needs people willing to support him.
I genuinely don’t know if his color scheme really isn’t that bad or if I’m just used to it.
