Boreal

Boreal is the Toa Ruhau (Toa Magna?) of Plantlife, and he works with Cera and Vokine.  Before becoming a Toa, he was a Rahi veterinarian and so he has knowledge of how biomechanical parts work, giving him an edge when combined with the use of his Mask of Biomechanics.  He's most likely going to be Vokine's love interest, and his home island is Ruhau Nui.
