 nightwing lad who's father, Midas, ruled the Nightwing kingdom before his brother, Cutthroat ruthlessly killed him via stabbing through the heart and throwing him off a cliff  and afterwards made Midas' son his messenger cause he's awful

Prometheus is incredibly smart though, so he'll find a way out

Also has distance ice in him (same with his father)
