He have a Obsessive-Compulsive personality and plans everthing in advance. but he can be easily flustered and overwhelmed when his plans fail, which can lead to his judgment being clouded or cause his to act on impulse instead of rational thinking, but with the help of Rose's supervisions and suggestions,He easily thinks of a better way to solve the problem.

Pearl is a perfectionist. This often results in him overthinking unnecessary thing, fussing too much over small details and unable to finish anything on time. Rose had to stop her multiple times and end up doing what her pearl should be doing. She’s obsessive towards Rose that she often forgets to worry about herself first.
