Since the day she was born, Amurós mentally walked the red carpet. She hasn't a shy bone in her body, taking pride in herself and her originality, regardless of public opinion.
There are times where her confidence can obstruct her better judgment, but even so, she often learns from her mistakes with a surprising grace. Not always, but often!
She has a touch of that "gentle giant" energy that pairs well in contrast to that of her partner in crime, Kuavan.
She is well endowed not only in the physical department, but the emotional one as well. As intimidating as her staggering height, beauty and wealth of self confidence may seem to some, she is actually known for having a heart of gold. Her loyalty towards those she holds close does not go unnoticed. She can even be a bit overprotective of them!
This nature has only grown stronger since the loss of Celine, a close companion of hers and Kuavan's.
Nowadays, due to hardly being seen apart from Kuavan, the two are often referred to as a duo rather than as individuals.
Brief History
Amurós' life started out far more humble than her modern day one may suggest. It wasn't until she pursued her dream of becoming a fashion designer that she even started living life in the big city(s).
She and her Empling-hood friends, a fellow Emp named Kuavan and a human named Celine, more or less grew up together in a small town located on just as small and humble of a planet somewhere in the cosmos. All three of them had dreams of seeing the great capital city of Pathos one day. And, eventually, all three did manage to save up and make their way there, where they then began a new and rather daunting chapter of their lives. The chapter of "three young adults try to learn how to survive in the city, despite having little to no idea what they're doing."
Though Amurós and her fashion-filled dreams took most of her life to find any bit of success in, she never gave up on herself. Her strength of character alongside her friends' encouragement allowed her the persistence to eventually bring the Amurós fashion line to life. She does some occasional travelling, for business and pleasure, but mostly keeps to her current home in the capital. As a result, the designer name "Amurós" is mostly exclusive to Pathos and Pathos alone.
Some time in her early twenties and at the height of her dream career, Celine had been taken as yet another victim of the "Chant de la Mort," an infamous killer plaguing the capital.
Determined to investigate her friend's death, Kuavan eventually confessed to being an "agent of Liam," a secret agency that operates as the shadow of the city's police force. Where the law cannot reach trouble, the Agency of Liam can... and for cases involving the "Chant de la Mort," they were best left up to the agency. This soon led to Amurós trying to get involved with it herself, much to Kuavan's dismay. He attempted to talk her out of it, but to no avail, eventually offering her a way into the business himself.
Given her complete lack of experience in combat and overall lesser mobility (by comparison to most other agents, anyway) Amurós proved to be a difficult case in training. However, she was eventually found to be very capable with long-ranged weaponry, earning her place in the agency by her late twenties. Due to their efficiency as a duo (as in Kuavan being skilled enough to cover for her lack of skill) Amurós and Kuavan are partnered the majority of the time for missions.
As odd as it may seem, being an esteemed fashion designer as well as a not so secret agent, Amurós is able to balance the two strangely well! Though, there have been times where Amurós has come close to compromising her identity merely due to wanting to "look fashionable" as an agent. She's gotten away with being both deadly and diva too, however!
To this day, Amurós and Kuavan aim to avenge their fallen comrade, though, they haven't been able to get close enough to the "Chant de la Mort" themselves.
It isn't until a rather unlikely journalist (coming soon!) covering the case is able to start connecting the dots... aiding the duo in their efforts to bring the killer to justice.

▫ "Amurós" is, for the most part, pronounced "am-mur-rose" or "ah-mur-rose." "Amur" can be either "am-mur" or "ah-mur." Kuavan uses the "am-mur" pronunciation. Amur seems to prefer it herself, even; it allows a business slogan of hers, "Enamor with Amur," to rhyme!
▫ She exhibits small red flowers that bloom only during the fall and winter seasons; however, for a short time during the winter season (a Pathos version of December, if you will!) she has large poinsettia-like blooms that appear. These "December" blooms often herald the bloom of her tail, which too resembles a poinsettia in design. Her tail blooms for but a handful of days in the last week of the year... once the bloom goes dormant, the rest of her flowers wilt away, all of which are no longer seen by the beginnings of the new year.
▫ Her affection towards her "December" poinsettia-like blooms feeds into her fashion sense. There are a few designs of hers that include this faux "poinsettia," even in articles of clothing meant for the spring and summer months. Even more so, she will sometimes wear a hairclip of the flower to "keep her company" while her true ones are not in bloom.
▫ While most of Amurós' glimmers are symmetrical, there is but a single "extra" glimmer on her right shoulder that doesn't follow this schematic. The design is actually intentional! Amurós does indeed have one extra little glimmer on her right shoulder. She herself views it as her own Emp-like "beauty mark," even.
