-So they first met when Itto was being very noisy outside the museum, and Anri came out try and make him leave. They were very nervous because Itto is big and loud, and that's the worst thing for them to deal with. Itto was just kind of amused at them.
-After that they saw each other around sometimes. Itto kind of knew them as the 'crybaby little scholar', but the kids liked Anri.
-One day he saw Anri making their way to a ruin, and just noted the were there. Then he noticed a treasure hoarder following them. Itto headed down to help, figuring he could lecture them about wandering around without watching their back. Itto captured the guy easily, and followed Anri in to show her.
He came in just in time to see them just finishing up with a group of Fatui skirmishers. It set him back.
-From then on he kept following them for a bit, asking them about it. Or trying to get them to spar with him because he was curious now.
-Anri eventually becomes familiar enough with him that they lose all shyness with him and they end up bantering back and forth a lot.
-Despite everything Itto does respect how much work their putting in and that they're doing what they want. Isn't always good at showing it though.
-There's an onikabuto in the museum. A live one. It's a bug fighting champion that Itto proudly presented to Anri. Because bug fighting is a cornerstone of Inazuman culture after all! A specimen like this belongs in the museum. Anri gave in to his insistence.
The kids seem to like it though.
