Thor Mulgor

Also known by his title of "Grand Butcher", Thor Mulgor is a sentient, sphinx-like Forgotten Beast, discovered by a fortress of dwarves who accidentally dug into the closed-off cave system he calls home. The cave he dwells in is a forest of bloodthorn and nether-cap trees, giving both dwarves and Thor a few good hiding places, on the off-chance that they happen to interact.

Being a very unusual sapient forgotten beast, Thor is a bit less immediately hostile to dwarves than most beasts, though he does not speak or understand Dwarven, and he generally regards them as annoying hooligans ruining his lovely, peaceful cave. He may not immediately want to kill a dwarf he sees, but he will absolutely be judging them.

His signature "acidic gaze" is a spell he can remotely cast on those who make eye contact with him. It does no actual damage to the body, but produces a painful burning sensation radiating outward from the eyes.
