As a child, Flynn already had a hard time considering that his parents were very insistent on only having one child. He was the younger twin, so obviously it was his fault they had to pay the mandatory fees of having another child. It was his fault that Roxanne was such a problem child. Everything was his fault, and his parents never hesitated to make him forget it. Every day was a struggle with severe physical and emotional abuse. Things only got worse when he discovered his powers. Often, he wasn’t allowed to sleep outside. Food was a luxury rather than a necessity. Flynn struggled all his life, trying to decipher whether or not he deserved this. He is a monster, true, and it is too kind of his parents to let him live.

But one day, he finally got lucky. A supervillain destroyed their town only leaving a handful of people alive, him and his sister being part of the fortunate few. Knowing that he's still out there, he puts out a cheery front so no one has to see the fear in the back of his mind that the villain might come for him next.

Cyan is pretty typical in terms of a star, being the face of the entire band he puts on a pretty face for interviews. But backstage, he's known to be a bit of a diva and it's not rare to see dressing rooms in shambles after he's done with them. While the band doesn't possess any superpowers, Cyan does his best to lift the spirits of the town around him by making music and playing concerts to help them forget about the attacks from the monsters. It's just a matter of time until someone is done with his screwing around.
