Sato the Ranger Partner!

Satoshi - mostly called "Sato" to avoid confusion with Sacha's name - is a brave boy who wants to protect everyone!! He was named Satoshi after Sacha because Sarha thought they looked alike. Turns out, much like Sacha in his early years, Sato is a little hero who doesn't like failure.

Sato is a little Shinx that took a liking to Sarha back during their trip to Sinnoh. The Pokémon followed her and Sacha in the forest until they would fall asleep. At night, Sato stole some of their food, leaving paw prints in return. In the morning, Sacha complained that the croquettes his mother had made for them were gone, and he was very hungry. To be fair, so was Sarha, so the two tried to find some berries.

Sato showed himself and pulled Sarha’s bag to get her attention. She smiled and played along, sharing a berry with him. Inspecting his paw, Sarha and Sacha suspected him to be the little food thief. When they departed, Sato followed. Biting her shoelaces, he tried to get Sarha's attention again until she asked if he wanted to come along. The little Shinx jumped in joy. How will I nickname you? Sarha wondered out loud, carrying him in her hands until she could see the Pokémon’s face and a cheerful Sacha behind. You like Hanako’s croquettes, and you look a lot like Sacha, so you’re going to be Sato!

He's also very kind and friendly. Sato is a proud Ranger Pokémon. He is not the strongest but he's so motivated that he often surpasses himself. He likes competition, he can have rivals, but he would not hate his rivals, it's a friendly rivalry! He also loves to eat and explore places. He's overall a good natured Pokemon who wants to help. He feels protective of the others and especially Skitty. He gets along really well with Shishiko, the two act like brothers.
