The stubborn and scrupulous chauffeur whose appearance at the CPN faculty was just as unpredictable as his performance as an employee. Vern has shown that his status and purpose mean nothing to him: where in reality the mere reason he's taken part amongst the staff is to ensure that one of the commanders is always safe and sound.
Suffused in mystery, Vern quickly became the subject of rumours. One of them was quick to be uncovered and deemed as truth: the man will not fulfil his duties for anyone but the commander he watches over. That, however, doesn't stop some of the other commanders from trying. One of them is Elisyil - head of the paranormal unit - who's not even thinking about giving up. She isn't the only name that Vern was quick to despise. The commander he looks after administers to a small team where the detective chose the chauffeur as his target of never-ending pranks and nitpicks.
Likes
- Cars - a hobby that started when his father took him to a vehicle museum for the first time. He was merely a kid at that time.
- Being alone - it's become so rare for him to have some peace and quiet at least once a day that he favours the moments of silence without any company very dearly.
- Coffee - 'The Heavenly Ambrosia'.
- Peaceful mornings - when most agents haven't shown to work yet.
- Pegasus tournaments - he might not be as big of a fan to bet on his favourites, but he definitely will be the loudest in the rows. Especially when one of them makes an appearance.
Dislikes
- Cecil lol - the man seems to never give him a break. Being obnoxious whenever they bump into each other in the building. Be it with his annoying smile, boring pranks or forceful physical touch that nobody asked for.
- People in general - angels have come to be so nosy and obnoxious, especially since Powers who aren't apart of the Royal Guard have become such a rare occurance.
- Swimming/being wet - annoying. Also see below.
- Sharks - also annoying. And scary.
- Physical touch - i.e hugs, holding hands etc.

- His wings are after a bald eagle.
- As a Power, his halo has spikes.
- His go to outfit is tying up the usual chaeffeur outfit with a checkered shirt. He will also sometimes wear a cap if he feels like it.
- He barely ever smiles, and is usually a walking cloud, ready to pour.
