Caroline's parents had always been proud of their daughter, due to her inteligence and her strong desires to help others. However, when questionable information was leaked to her parents, forcing them to push her away, Caroline ended up getting involved with the mafia. Caroline hated it. It wasn't until she started working with the previous leader of the Rose district that circumstances seemed to improve.
Eventually, the new leader got in contact with her, and she started to work alongside him. She got to talk to the other leaders, as well as work alongside her own. Although her position may have changed to one of more importance, she is still willing to do anything she possibly could to ensure that her family - the only ones who didn't turn their back on her - the best that they could potentially get.
Personality
With a motherly nature and her willingness to hear other people out, Caroline wants the best for the people around her. This may lead to her nitpicking the fine details, even if her input may be considered unnecessary. Alongside this, Caroline has been referred to being "formal to the point of uptight", such as constantly referring to people by their surname, even during casual interactions. It typically takes a while for Caroline to drop these formalities as well. Caroline is rather easily to catch off guard, and tends to panic in these situations. Alongside her tendency to spill secrets, Caroline is not the best when it comes to pressured situations. Despite this, Caroline always falls back onto basic rules whenever she needs to act. Although if the situation may call for her to bend rules, she'd be willing to do so if it meant other people would benefit from doing so. She's also rather intelligent, which has been useful in many situation, and is commonly referred to as being incredibly sweet and kind.

Trivia
- She often carries around a light blue folder! She lets very few people look at it, though it just contains some notes from meetings. As well as her favorite drabbles she wrote.
- She has quite a large collection of books! They generally tend to be fictional. with romance and fantasy being common genres. She's probably read each book there at least once, if not twice.
