Kaiser was raised mainly by his mother when his father went back to sea. His family is quite dysfunctional. He is very close to his brother and sister.

He bears the mark of his father's faction (?) on his cheek. This brand was given to children Atrium considered worthy of the throne, but was ultimately done away with as Atrium improved his ways. He later gains a rose brand for being under an organization (ochi's) forcefully.

Kaiser is forcibly taken in by Reli, Ochi seeing him as useful bait for being the heir to the sea.

Personality

He is charismatic and quiet, which tends to draw people towards him. He finds this annoying and tries to keep to himself. It drains his social battery a little too much for his tastes.

His girlfriend tries to get this shitty behavior out of him by countering with her wildly opposite personality.
