Reli and Ochi have been together for quite some time; usually one is never without the other. Their relationship is very unhealthy for various reasons.

Reli was originally a homeless girl and was picked up by Ochi out of pity due to Reli's power. Because of this, she is extremely grateful and loyal to Ochi. She'd do almost anything for her.

Personality

She is very to herself and tends to captivate others with her aura. This is unfortunate because of her power to alter memories and make others see and feel things that aren't there. She can never quite trust others interpretation of her.

She may be quiet, but she does love to make new friends, much to Ochi's dismay.

• The rose tattoo is a sigil, worn only by those in her "clan" or "organization".
• She subconciously uses her powers, so they're always "turned on". It doesn't work on Ochi because of Ochi's multiple eyes.
• She has problems with eyecontact.
• Her sleeves, socks, and 'jacket' are all made of the same material. It's whispy.
• She's got a cute lil crown hairpin!!
