Jay

Many yumes find Jay a bit intimidating at first, as Jay is very confident in herself and unafraid to show it. They are very proud of their ears in particular seeing as they have been blessed. They very much dislike those who judge them based solely off of how they look, and will quickly prove they're a delight to be around.

Jay is a big fan of all things horror, both in the cove and in the human world. None of it bothers him at all, and he will try to rope other yumes into watching the worst of horror movies with him. He has the most fun making easily frightened yumes watch these movies, and gets a kick out of their reactions.

Jay plays scarier pranks a lot, and some of the yumes who have fallen victim to their scary pranks have turned to disliking Jay. They often don't mind, having learned that this is sometimes just a result of their pranks, though in some cases they do try to make it up to their prank victims.

The nightmares that Jay delivers are far worse than any scary prank they've pulled. The poor humans they deliver too are stuck with nightmares of losing loved ones in horrible ways. After that humans find themselves being swallowed by endless boneyards that they simply cannot escape. These nightmares are another thing that Jay takes great pride in.

There are things that few yumes know about Jay though. Like how he's very affectionate with his close friends. He loves to always be close to and touching his closest friends when they're together. Jay also has a secret love of romantic-comedies, and this is another things that is only shared with their closest friends. Her closest friends are also allowed to call her Jenni.
